Closing my PokerStars account permanently - Internet Poker

lol i love the intelligence in these forums...

did it occur to you to maybe write to customer service and ask them? maybe they might tell you how lol

What do you mean by "permanently"? So you can NEVER play on PS again EVER EVER EVER?

What do you mean by "delete my info"? Hand histories that you were part of from other players? Other players notes on you? Records of your financial transactions? 3 examples that are not possible or desirable.

Just email them, but keep in mind, permanently really does mean permanently. If you change your mind at any point in your life and ever want to play there again, they might not let you, especially if you tell them that your current reason for closing your account is a gambling problem.
