This has been my biggest problem with this new version of Poker Stars support.

Whenever I asked a question, I had to send 2 or 3 follow up e-mails to finally get an e-mail from a human being. It wasn't like that in the past. This has been the biggest reason for my major downswing in volume compared to 3-4 years ago.

None so far that I know of, receive 3-5 reimbursments a month but so far biggest one is just under 300. Just reported my first player though and it went well, got a human and they are moving to full investion..

Based on a preliminary review of the situation you reported, a complete review of the players involved has been initiated. This will include checking on relationships, location and play.

Depending on our findings, the players may be contacted and asked to explain relationships and/or play. The entire process generally takes up to 2 weeks, but can be delayed if we don't receive prompt responses.

The poker specialist handling this review will contact you directly when the review is complete or if there are unusual delays. Thank you for your patience while we complete this process.

Re: Chinese DON Collusion Ring on Stars?

You recieved nothing either Jph

Don't you find that just impossible being top of the leaderboard ?

So basically neither me or you has suffered even Once from these bunch then

It just proves how results orientated these refunds are (refunding bad players - not good regs - at all)

Cheers .. gl with these few hey

Sure they didn't handle this in the best manner, but in case you just happened to miss that last post by them there it is. If you did see the post then carry on with the misleading.

yes, Ongames attitude to cheating was one of the reasons I moved to Stars,
Stars are still much better despite this thread.

Anybody with a Sharkscope account care to look at the DON leaderboards? -
click on "$36 - $100" and"Av. Profit(last 500 games)" I think the Rois of the non-Stars players at the top look too good.

I just assumed the full payouts weren't done but I am not really following this thread so I don't know. I just double checked, I've rec'd 15 so far this year, most I rec'd was $338. I probably didn't play as many games with the colluders as you would think, I wasn't focusing on DONs at the peak months they played and was mostly playing 20s.

If you look at the terms of ipoker and ongame you'll see that players from china are not allowed to create accounts including a bunch of other countries with high fraud / collusion.

That still doesn't make either network good though.

Wow, that's insane. The top 2 guys on the leaderboard are both Ongame players averaging $37.50 and $35.19 per game over 500 games. 3rd place is a Stars guy at $13.58 a game. That seems ludicrous that you could run at 35-37% ROI over 500 games.

Ongame has always been shady. I wouldn't recommend anyone to play there.

Tien has a long history of play at many different games but he's had a long slightly losing stretch and is worth keeping an eye on. Curious he just started playing DONs (18) and ends up playing $52s which is above his average buyin ($12) and also ends up playing two with yq. Would be helpful if you posted locations and obscured screenames in the future.
