Re: That's the way PS treating a winning player

reload4me - Would you be able to provide us with a HH or two of one of their more egregious collusion incidents? If you sent in that many e-mails about them then I'm guessing some of them included specific HH's.

jane doesn't seem interested in digging up any HH's right now. Would be interested to see since you and Stars seem pretty convinced it was a pretty clear cut deal (although if it was THAT clear cut I'm not sure why they waited 4 mths to lay the hammer down)

LOL Ill see what I can do. Dont be too shocked at what you find. How it took them so long is way beyond me. The squeeze plays was outrageous especially when they got caught.

example..raise by cheat...reraise by non cheat...reraise by 2nd cheat....1st cheat pushes...2nd non cheat calls with AK...2nd cheat calls with 73.

This is when they would get caught...1st cheat would have 54...2nd cheat would have 73..LOL

Re: That's the way PS treating a winning player

Feng Yu Xia? I've never had Stars ever send me an email with only my last name in the salutation. Being that Xia is one of the most common Chinese female first names, I'm calling BS. I realize it's also a last name too, but they only addressed you by your first name once? Sure that's not one of the 50 players you collude with? The Jane part I can understand since it's part of your screen name.

Now can you tell me why Asians always pick terrible English names? Like every time I go to a casino the Asians are named, Frank, Dick, Jane, Hank... never a current common name like Micheal or Chris. Always names of people that would be like 60+ years old, but they are 28. I don't know, maybe it's just that it's too unbelievable. Like I know this Laos girl that had a long first name and she just shortened it down to Tu. Seemed like a good compromise.

As for the cheating stuff... move to Full Tilt and stop cheating. That would be my suggestion.

Perhaps a language barrier thing perhaps and you just meant to say that you respect the raises of the better players more than the newer ones (or something like that).

I will ask you again on the off-chance that you really aren't trying to dodge the question: Do you personally know any of the people that Stars named? Do you know any of them in real life? Do you know any of them from outside PokerStars? Are any of them from the same hometown or region as you? Are any of them from the same country as you?

These are very simple questions which you should be able to answer.

Were all of you banned from Stars on the same day? Or did all the bans come in waves (and on different days)?

I also note that you have not even addressed my request for you to provide just one hand history.

I'm also curious why you waited so long to post about this when Stars was taking so long. Did you request any hand histories from Stars at all at any point?

When you playing DN games. No one intends to challenge chip leader. So chip leader is often getting bigger and bigger. When you are chip leader, you can call a all-in from a short stack and it will not harm you.It is totally up to you .Sometimes you many call a new player with very bad hands when you are not very happy. But you should not do this to a regular player since they will revenge you at other table in opposite condition.

I did heard about many people start to play in PS in my hometown.I did not know any of them in real life of the list. And that is another important point of me:Some of them trully cheating ,some of them did not.But it should be decided by hard evidence. And I am bad about computer so I did not know how to find my hands history. But I am very sure I fight with some of them very often in the table.

Re: That's the way PS treating a winning player

They're not giving you specific hand examples because that's like saying "when you do [x], we know you're cheating, so try and accomplish the same thing in a different way."

The fact that it looks like they shut down 25-30 accounts for playing 4 or 5 seats in a DON means they're pretty sure you were cheating.

I'm sure someone with a SS account could look you up pretty quickly and find names you've played with where your combined ROIs are waaaay higher than in games you played without them.

BS. You're great at computers to use 50 accounts to cheat with at the same time - masking IPs, MACs etc.

Could you have use Xia in more of the screen names?

You do not need to explain DON strategy on here. You aren't going to say anything that the rest of us don't already understand.

Are you sure your e-mails back and forth that you showed weren't a situation of you e-mailing them from different accounts?

So you don't know a single one of the players referenced in that first e-mail...yet some of them were from your same hometown? Seems a bit strange to me. What is your hometown or region? Do you remember some of the names on that list that were from this town?

Re: That's the way PS treating a winning player

They took longer to do anything about the stud colluders/disconnect abusers. It's at least good to see they will do something though.

The whole thing is weird, as I just read a thread recently where PS has a school, or some kind of affiliate who runs a school where he enables multiple people to play in the same setting , kind of like a athletic club. Anyway there are obvious concerns of collusion, sharing hole cards, accounts, identities, etc etc.

I have no idea what kind or if they have the proper safe guards in place but w/e, I don't play there anyway. Like I said though, it's at least good to see they will go after collusion if they suspect it, even in their Chinese market witch they are obviously trying to expand.

To be fair: I'm not entirely convinced that that is an example of conclusive cheating. But no biggie...if there's a pattern, etc etc then I'm guessing it probably was pretty noticeable that something was up.

Anyway, yes, since Jane does not have the HH's I'm sure she would appreciate your assistance in posting some of the hands that may have been the ones that looked the most like collusion or cheating. This way, Jane can counter-argue why the hand may have somehow been legit.

Jane, you're in favor of this, right? You would very much like for these hands to be posted so that you can provide a counter-argument, right? The hands that this poster has might not be as obvious as he thinks. This could be your big chance to prove your innocence!

My ROI in 100$ DN is about 5% from more than 9000 tours.
