At this stage banning DoN's or at least stopping players from playing at a table with a player from the same/country (or US state) seem the easiest options...
How else can they stop DoN teams before they have made a profit?
If they wait until they get a statistically significant samples for each new cheater to catch them then they will be still able to make a profit before they get caught (if they don't just switch out to a new ID often enough never to get caught).
I guess they could impose cash out time limits on every new player and watch carefully for any chip dumping but a restriction on players playing from the same country/state IP's seems a better bet.
DoN's have to be at real risk as they are so vulnerable to cheat teams (in DoNs one single softplay near/on the bubble gives huge EV swings to the team members in a way that is not replicated as much in normal SNG's or at all in cash games..)
