My ID Jane1023 was in the first place of sharkscope leaderboard in Double and Nothing game in Jan this year.PS locked my account nearly 4 months and finally closed my account with 10000$.They did this without any hard evidence like any hands. Here is the email between me and PS.

Hello,

We apologize for the severe delay in responding to you about your pending case. Your account, along with many others, has been thoroughly reviewed, and the long delay was due to several factors, including the numbers of players that we reviewed. Many of these players did not respond, and many who did respond were not honest in their responses.

The review of your account and your play is complete. We have come to the conclusion that you worked with others as a team to the detriment of other players while playing at the tables.

The integrity of our games is critical to the success of PokerStars. Based on our findings, we have decided that your account will remain closed. The funds in your account will be used to compensate those players that were harmed by your actions. Such action is not taken lightly. My findings went to a review board made up of other poker specialists who, after looking at the evidence, agree that such action is appropriate.

This conclusion is based on a careful review of your play with all cards exposed. In reviewing hands it is clear that you routinely made team plays to create situations where you were supposed to benefit. You and your friends routinely played four and five players deep, and squeezed the blinds between two or more cooperating players. After reviewing several hands, for several players, it became obvious that this was part of some kind of agreed-upon strategy.

As stated on our website, "Poker is an individual (not a team) game. Any action or chat intended to help another player is unethical and is prohibited".

Unfair play cannot be tolerated on PokerStars. The funds remaining in your account will be used to reimburse players affected by unfair play.

You are barred from future play at PokerStars.

Do not attempt to open another account or play using someone else's account. Any account you use is subject to being closed without notice.

Regards,

Dan M.

Re: That's the way PS treating a winning player

Cliffs:
Seems very likely that OP is a DON colluder on Stars.
Stars has closed his account and confiscated his funds.

Why does stars address you by different names in the different e-mails?

Hello Jane,
Do you have any familiarity with the players that were listed? Do you know them in any way at all?

FWIW - Your attitude and response makes you look pretty guilty in this and I'm inclined to believe that Stars was correct in their accusations. But I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and allow you to explain yourself further. There have been situations on here where I initially thought one way and have been convinced otherwise by a poster's arguments if they were convincing enough or backed by evidence.

Anyway, I'm not on sharkscope so can't look up your results. Maybe somebody else can. If you could provide some of the bubble HH's with some of the players you are accused of cheating with than that might be helpful to your case (see...I'm really trying to help you show that you really didn't do as stars claims you did)

Re: That's the way PS treating a winning player

So they refer to you as all three of those things in different e-mails? That just seems strange to me but I guess it's possible.

I edited my above post to ask a couple more Q's. Just mentioning that to make sure you see it.

That was my point: they didn't give me any hands that can prove my bad.

Re: That's the way PS treating a winning player

Jane - But you can provide examples of your own, can't you? You should be able to find hands that you played with any of these players.

have you ever played with any of these players before. Do you know any of the players they mentioned? (either in real life or just from the internet).

Please attempt to find one or two hands involving any of these players that you suspect MIGHT have been the hands that Stars had an issue with. Right now the ball is in your court and you can try to show a bubble hand in there and then argue why your play was not as dirty as Stars is claiming. You can at least get started in this direction.

Just one or two hands with any of the individuals they names. It should not be difficult for you to find.

You seem to be dodging the question.

And your statement "maybe I treat them a little bit better" strikes me as incredibly suspicious. Again though, I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt there. Perhaps a language barrier thing perhaps and you just meant to say that you respect the raises of the better players more than the newer ones (or something like that).

I will ask you again on the off-chance that you really aren't trying to dodge the question: Do you personally know any of the people that Stars named? Do you know any of them in real life? Do you know any of them from outside PokerStars? Are any of them from the same hometown or region as you? Are any of them from the same country as you?

These are very simple questions which you should be able to answer.

Were all of you banned from Stars on the same day? Or did all the bans come in waves (and on different days)?

I also note that you have not even addressed my request for you to provide just one hand history.

I'm also curious why you waited so long to post about this when Stars was taking so long. Did you request any hand histories from Stars at all at any point?

Ya finally got busted huh? Well it's about time. I sent about 25 emails in complaining about you ****ing clowns. There is no question you would soft play and that's at the very least of what you guys did.

You know you're guilty so why the **** would you even start this thread? Some kind of weird attention seeking?

Oh btw thanks for the $343 refund! Ya dumb ****
