I strongly suspect botrings have set up shop on the Chico network and are cheating unsuspecting customers

I can assure you that when we receive reports of cheating the accusations are taken seriously and are thoroughly investigated by our fraud team. We usually can't discuss the outcomes of the investigation because this information might help someone else to circumvent our procedures.

I did already send many hand histories to the live chat where it's so obvious that players are cheating with the all in protection.

And the only copy/paste answer i always receive is: "The Fraud department will investigate the matter. They will determine whether or not it was intentional. They will then handle the situation according to the Terms and conditions of the site".

So what is my benefit for this "investigation".. it's nothing. I lose money every time.

It's time to remove this stupid feature (or replace it with 30-120 sec extra timebank).

I checked out the software playing some play money and man the software is terrible. Here are some things I don't like:

1. You can't click the number of bbs in the slider pf.
2. I couldn't close the bj table that was connected to the table even though it has an exit game button. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but it's rougly 2/3 the size of the poker table window.
3. Resizing the table nearly crashes the client.

I would imagine this would be a headache for anyone trying to play multiple tables.

If you play 4 tables or more, you can close the black jack window. Alternatively, you can move the tables all the way to the right of the screen and make it so the blackjack tables are off of the monitor

the only players I see chatting are people with no location. I never see chat from a location player.

TigerGaming players will only be able to chat to other TigerGaming players. BetOnline players can chat to other BetOnline players and SportsBetting players. The players who have locations are TigerGaming and PayNoRake players while the players who have no location are from BetOnline and SportsBetting.

I rechecked the hand and couldn't pick up any technical issues on our end but, I also saw that the player who won the hand did so with a flush while you had 2 pair. If something like this happens again we ask that you please take a screen shot so we can see it as you do.

I see that you weren't asked at the time but, did you make use of any software that tracks hands at the time it occurred?

i was playing in a tournament tonight and I worked my stack up to 37 k (37starting stacks). As soon as the big blind got to 6000 I kept getting placed in to the blinds 3 times in a row.

millions of hands and a decade of online poker ive never seen anything like this, I was moved 3 times into the blinds and my stack was gone.

edit: 40 places paid and I finished in 44th
