The worst support of all time.

They need some kind of security form (1st time happened to me), but OK.

They just dont want accept any of my almost 10 copies.

Firstly, there was signature, which does not match - i made it correct.

Now the problem is, that the copy is not clearly visible, which im very sure is. I would like to take a copy and send it here, but there are too many details as card information and too many personal details.

Live chat is not helping, all they answer is: you need to send email to cashier@chico...

When i do that, all they say is: Copy is not clearly visible.

And the worst thing is, that they answer only once a day! With their 24/7 support hahaha.

It lasts a whole week now and they do not work through weekend.

Oh, but they understand my frustration...

Anyone from Tiger here?

Update:

After several email they recommended me to make a copy of this from by scanner.

I donot owe any, so i went to copy center and made o copy, the copy is very clear now, so ive sent it to them.

After one day ive received email, where is: We have now received it in good order and will update your account.

So i requested a new withdrawal and guess what? Ive got new email, that they do not accpet my form with reason, its not clear.

Well its insane, it lasts 10 days now and im very sick of it. Seems to me, like im playing with play money.

I will post that copy very soon

2) As you dont react to my emails in very short time and you dont want to solve my problem and dont even talk to me by phone. Ive contacted Kahnawake gaming commission with this issue.

Im very interesting to solve this, doing my best, going to copy center, which you wanted, but everything is bad.

Ive alse posted this on 2+2, so i can warn others to not play there.

I would like to stay and play there, love your promotions, but this is just insane.

Im doing my best, trying to be nice and kind to everyone, but you act to me like im worthless and its not funny anymore.

Your livechat is totally useless. All they can do is copy paste and told me, that i need to contact you....

You poker room is very very small and i do not believe, that you have so much emails to be solved.

Its not 24/7, if i need to wait 6 hours to get reply. Its not basic issue, its very tough one, you hold my money for no reason. Copy is very clear, u have accepted it once, you cant decline it 3 hours later. Doesnt make sense, does it?

Im trying to do everything you wanted, but you come always with something new/wrong...neverending story???

There are all 7 documents again. And security form is taken by scanner as you wanted. If you do zoom it up just litlle bit, then you can read very very well, but its very clear and well readable anyway.

Even the lady, who did the copy told me, that no one or no machine can make better one...really have no idea, why you making me so much problems, its sad.

By the way, seems to me, that you dont even read my emails, because you dont asnwer to my question. You only answer your copy paste messages. kind of boring :/, cuz im trying to cooperate with you guys.

Wish, you will accept it now, so we i can play there and enjoy your poker room with all benefits.

Update:

Ive tried to cashout to Skrill account and now have received it, wow. Only bad thing is, that my Skrill account is in czech currency, so im loosing cca 4% for conversion, but its not their fault.

So finally have my money and can continue playing there.

Dear, Tiger Rep! What about tablecamping problem? Almost every day all 1000nl tables look like 5 sitouters waiting for a huge fish! This doesn't attract recreational players, is it?
If two players start playing at the table, those campers will be kicked of in a while, but since the game stops, they take the slots again.
Solving this problem is in your own interests!

Hi! How is the stud traffic? Can one play 2-3 tables of 2$ up to 10$ big bet at around 4pm est?
Also how reliable are cashouts?

It is against our rules to do this. We are monitoring the tables to ensure it doesn't happen however it may happen that we miss it occasionally.

If you see it happen, please contact live support to investigate!

On the old tiger gaming software you can download they have a ton of other variants such as open faced Chinese and I believe Stud etc. I think they are real money tables but no one uses the old software to play them (with good reason the software is even worse). I don't know why they took other game types away as there definitely is the demand for them.
