Makes sense, but he came out publicly to criticise them for the way they handled it and was seeking support from the poker community.
So rather than protect other players from a poker site acting like this and clearing his name, he took the money and kept quiet??? (we assume)
Nice gesture to the guys who supported him.
BWIN should have been brought to book for how they acted here IMO. Just taking someones funds and re-distributing them without accepting a single email of defense, is way out of line. They also came out publicly and called him out for cheating, again way out of line. I guess a few dollars extra in his pocket is better for himself though....
