PokerStars Cashout Policy Details

Cashouts are automatically credited back to any and all of the following methods that you have used to make deposits, in the following order:
Cashouts
Cashouts are first processed back to the method(s) used to deposit. Within each deposit method, cashouts are then applied back to your oldest deposit first and your most recent deposit last. When applying cashouts back to previous deposits, cashouts are converted to the currency your previous deposits were processed in.
This isn't clear to me, can someone explain? Maybe with examples, metaphors, and pretty graphics?
Thanks.

You deposited $200 using Tubby's Tuba Services on January 10th

Being a donk you went busto and then deposited $300 using Pitchy's Piano Services on February 5th.

Being a donk on a heater you managed to turn that into exactly $1,000, and you are choosing to withdraw $800

The first $300 will have to go back to your account with Pitchy's Piano Services.

The next $200 has to go back to Tubby's Tuba

The remaining $300 you can withdraw using any method available to you in their cashier.

Any further withdrawals (assuming no more deposits) can be with any method.

If you are playing in Martian Maneater currency instead of dollars then for the first $500 Stars will force a conversion (they do not charge any fee) within their software and you will need to cash it out as dollars if your previous deposits were in dollars. This you may want to confirm with Stars but in the above example that means the first $500 would be a forced dollar withdraw, and after that you can withdraw the rest ion the currency of your choice with the withdraw method of your choice (as found in the various currency cashiers). Some processors like Skrill you have to choose a single currency to use (ie: you cannot switch between them).

I believe the forced withdraw (ie: the method of deposit) expires after 6 months, but you might want to email Stars about that.
