Cashout issue with 24poker

So for the last 2-3 years I've been playing 5-10-ish stakes on this site 24poker. I would fund my 24 account by swapping ftp/stars/etc with a guy named Steve Arnold aka rakebackmypoker, who also did my rakeback on 24poker.

A few months ago (post black friday), Steve started getting sketchy basically disappeared off the face of the planet for a while, while owing a reg $10k from a merge-for-24 swap. This became a public affair: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/51...liate-1076831/ , after which rbmypoker paid the 10k.

However, many of the regs were spooked by all of this and withdrew their money from 24poker (Steve had direct access to our accounts so people got worried). I wasn't able to withdraw immediately so I contacted someone named Nimrod Zaphnath, who is the Operations Manager at 24poker (according to his linkedin), on the advice of a friend/fellow reg. Nimrod assured me that Steve's access to the accounts had been suspended, so I kind of took my foot off the gas on the whole situation.

Probably a mistake. I don't really know any regs who are still on the skin, and the last one to withdraw apparently had to basically complain and bitch at Nimrod to get his money. I have emailed Nimrod several times and have not received a response in over a week. Hopefully he'll give me my monies I'm not sure why he wouldn't considering he cashed out everyone else, but who knows.

Just a warning for you all.

Cliffs: 24poker/Nimrod Zaphnath / Steve Arnold are sketchy

I have heard that Steve has disappeared again. Nimrod always got back to me in the past, but it definitely isn't a shock to hear that he is acting sketchy now. I think that your best option is just to wait out Steve. He disappears for pretty long periods of time but seems to resurface eventually.

Re: Scammed for 5figs by 24poker

thanks for the responses guys. I received a response from nimrod this morning not too long after posting this thread *shock*

Basically I am told the only wd options are moneybookers and neteller which are not options for me so i wanted to wd to a euro friend then go from there.

He said "Hey - I am sorry but I did not see your email up until now.
No, you cannot withdraw to an account which is not yours." and some other blahblah

My latest email:
"Well surely we can transfer my funds to another player and that player can withdraw to his neteller acct, I mean this isn't rocket science"
Sent 4 hours ago, waiting response...

Is it fair to say you've been scammed before you're absolutely certain? Maybe a better title might be something like "cashout issue with 24poker". If you never get paid at least then you can get a mod to adjust the thread title accordingly.

You do realize that Americans have to wait for months to get a cashout from some sites. It sounds like you've been waiting for a little over a week. When you deal with small sites you should expect there to be delays at times. That's just the cost of doing business when you play on small relatively unknown sites instead of something like Party Poker, PokerStars, etc

Re: Cashout issue with 24poker

24Poker is on Microgaming.

I have been playing on 24poker for several years now (mid stakes) and poker manager Nimrod has always been good to me.

However I have cash out problems now too. I am still waiting for a cash out from the 27th of September and I haven't received my rakeback for October yet. I already sent 3 emails to support, but haven't received any answer.
I spoke to Nimrod this week on chat and he told me that he quit 24Poker.

As you can image I am worried about my bankroll now.
