One that I think would be really neat, and I'm not sure why no online site has it, is uncapped buy in games. It would be fun playing in a $1/2 game where several players are sitting $500+ more regularly.
Why is the opportunity to play very deepstacked poker so unavailable online?
Also, the poker ecosystem begins and ends with the fish. You can have great bonus programs, etc, but sites should be advertising to fish primarily. The fish you have, the more rake grinders you'll get.

I agree, Cake should advertise for looser players, I have mentioned before that I have only seen Cake advertised in poker magazines, they should definitely work to advertise more to the beginners
