Hello Annoying player,

Thank you for your email. At present there is a technical issue with withdrawals to Moneybookers. Your cashout request itself has been fully processed and the funds have left your CakePoker account. Once this problem has been resolved the funds will immediately be accessible in your Moneybookers account.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind Regards,

Adam

Cake Poker Support

I just sent message to moneybookers and I`m really interested if they will confirm what cake told me .

Well thats a bit of a catch 22 considering that we're all discussing how difficult it is to get money off of cake.

meh
I get the same BS answers saying it will be processed in 24-48 hours. My QT withdrawal was initiated 4/29 at 5:45 AM according to Cake's cashier and is still listed as pending. Even Microgaming could process these transactions in a day or two at most.

MoneyBookers replied there are no problems on their side.

I`m pretty sure cake is lying because when they process cashout you get two emails one is from moneybookers and it is standard for all poker rooms, but the second is from "support@cakepoker.com" (it`s unique for cake poker) and it`s probably send DIRECTLY FORM CAKE POKER when cashout person CONFIRMS TRANSACTION. Never got that second email and this is the reason I personaly belive they never processed any cashout.

My bet is they spend all MB money on hookers and blow.

Re: Cake Poker Withdrawals

I just received a quicktender cashout. Requested cashout from cake around 4/23. From Cake -> QT -> bank got here 5/5. So definitely longer than my first cashout which took around 5-6 days. But it did get here.

OK, say you do that. Now who are you going to get for your U.S. partner so that the checks can be written from a U.S. bank and how much will you pay that partner per check? Remember the U.S. partner you come up with is the one who risks going to jail, or at the very least, getting suddenly cut off from being allowed to distribute checks after the banks figure out what's going on.

If you just send the checks from your foreign account, then the U.S. players receiving them and trying to deposit them have as much as a 10-week wait before the check finally clears, not to mention a big fee as well.

I have never used MoneyBookers but I always got an email from both Cake and ePassporte when my withdrawal was complete.

Re: Cake Poker Withdrawals

sunday april 27th made a withdrawl on cake to UMW, 36 hours later the money was in UMW. yesterday morning monday may 5th it hit my checking account, only 8 days, way faster than epassporte ever was.

however 30 dollar fee for UMW and 10 dollar fee to someones bank, not mine.??

UMW says that its an EFT and not a wire transfer doesnt it? EFTs are free at my bank, i was disappointed to see the additional 10 dollar fee. cmon cake get your act together and get another processing option.

Re: Cake Poker Withdrawals

Oh yeah, cost me 50$.Bank hit me for $20+the QT $30.The fees are a double edged sword for small stakes players.Sure if you wait awile and cashout 10k+,its not as big of a deal. But you have to weigh that against having alot more money hanging out at cake while your stack builds.Ill pay the fees just to have the money in my pocket. It sucks, but theres no way im keeping any more than a few g`s online to play NL100&200.Ill cash out 3-5k chunks and bite the bullet.

I also requested a cashout on 4/28 - on 5/2 received an e-mail saying I would have the funds in QT within 24 hours.

Still do not have the funds and cake support replies 'we will forward this to the cashier' even though support themselves said it would hit in 24 hours.

Sounds like most people are still receiving them eventually - just taking a week or so longer than promised.
