Also submitted a max cashout request 2/29/12. Still pending. I'm really hoping the lock cashiers will start helping out cake with their cashouts once Revolution is up and running.

Did any of you contact your rakeback provider to complain about this? If not, then you should do it right away, they can help. Next time contact them sooner.
US player here, still waiting on a check I requested on 2/08/2012. I emailed cake at the 3.5 month mark and they apologized profusely and told me it was simply a waiting game.
FWIW I've had my cake account for a number of years and never had any cash out problems. However, this is the first time I'm attempting a cashout since Black Friday.
Still waiting in US since Feb 25. No point in contacting or playing more. If I get a check, then I'll request another and then maybe play a little. For now, these funds I consider part of the amount sitting on FTP. Life goes on.
Can you transfer to a nonUS player and they can cash out? You can still sell the Cake money at 85% or whatever?
Very true, the value of Cake $ hasn't been this good in long time. But I can understand how hard is to cancel a cashout after waiting for 4 months. I canceled mine just under 2 months wait and I'm very happy I did it.
