Moneybookers Deposit Problem

Hi,
for 3 days im trying to deposit some f**king money on Moneybookers. I always get this error message:
I went to my Bank, and they sad that there is no limitation from them. No matter what amount i try to upload, i always get this error message. The card is verified my Moneybookers and i have enough money on it.
Anybody got an idea hwo to fix that?
