Tried to un-install, then reinstall for my MacBook Pro to fix the certificate issue. New app won't open and says "you cannot open app BovadaPoker because it is not supported on this type of mac."

Anyone have this issue? Any ideas on how to fix?

Appreciate the help.

How are you guys un-installing the app? I guess deleting it out of the apps folder isn't enough. Re-installing (overwriting) doesn't fix anything.

I'm on a macbook pro and the program will not load, it does not get past the live update screen, if i turn my date back to the 20th and try to load the program it loads and works just fine, so I'm thinking it had to do with expired certificates, really hoping to get this resolved before sunday

WTF, I've had this problem since Sunday. They said Apple's new update caused this. I am still using an older version of OS X, haven't updated in a while and I'm still affected by their new updates? Canned BS.

This works... For cash/SNG only. If you try to play a MTT, since the calendar is off, you can't register. It won't work by Sunday I bet. Used a PC laptop last week, will need to do the same.

Having same issue.

From reading the thread history, an update from them is needed to fix this. Though I'm sure they are aware of it already, i recommend calling or filing out a contact form from their website to push the issue.

Hopefully they fix it soon.

hey I referred a friend to Bovada because of their current "BDPO Hook Up" promotion(which is just a buffed up version of their normal refer-a-friend bonus offer).

anyways I did not realize he was using a Mac...he was able to get everything setup just fine, created an account, deposited etc with no issues and even logged into the client.

....but now he is getting a strange bug where his newly opened tables will randomly disappear. the only "fix" for this was to close Bovada and restart the client. oh and fwiw, i believe this issue was happening with SNG tables but thats because it was the only thing he attempted to play so far.

I've been having a strange issue with my Bovada client lately. For some reason, I cannot join certain cash game tables. The lobby will tell me there are people at the table, but when I open the table, I don't see anyone, cannot sit, and get a message saying "you are disconnected. please try again later" or something like that after about 15 seconds of seeing the empty table.

It happens on both the Mac and PC version for me and only on certain tables. I asked a friend if he could sit at these tables, and he has no problem.

Any ideas?

Has anyone installed the new Mac OS update? Any new issues with Bovada?

Have any solutions been found for when bovada just randomly crashes on a mac? And you have to restart your computer to open the program up again?

whew I'm glad I didn't do the update. Hopefully they fix that soon.

When I try to tile multiple tables, the ones on the right go off the screen making it pretty pointless. Any fixes for this?

What model Mac are you playing on? If your using a external monitor it could be in your resolution settings.

Hey I think it is because of the settings on your mac it is default set to only download apps from the app store. So you have to disable that in preferences to allow the software to update. I just adjusted my settings and now it is working.

I'm on a MacBook Pro laptop, no external monitor. With BetOnline and FullTilt (play chips) the tile tables function works fine, but with Bovada it goes off the screen on the right side.

Can you be more specific? Where in preferences do you disable this feature? I'm pretty new to mac but I've spent the last 45 minutes trying to figure it out on my own via google and this, to no avail
