Do they have any kind of "Forgot your password" link? Of course you'll need to know the associated email address. if you don't know it, will they tell you the email address or account number?

unfortunately they also asked for my moms maiden name and i dont answer those security questions with the actual answer ie "favorite sport?" my answer is something like "moonrock collecting" so no one will guess. I dont remember what silly answer i gave. it also was not an important account a the time i mainly played on paradise, pokerstars, and full tilt.

edit: I just wrote them an email.

Well, if you don't know what email address you used nor the answer to the security question, you unfortunately might have screwed yourself out of any money you had left. They also may not want to close the account and let you open a new one without being able to verify you're the account holder. You're probably going to have to be patient and persevere, and even that might not be enough in the end. Good luck!

It would be nice to see a $20+2 9 handed PLO8 Sng . Kind of seem to have skipped that.

This may have been addressed already in this 256 page thread, but with the Black Diamond Poker Open thing going on I have noticed a lot of seat guarantees for satellite tournaments, but Bovada seems to cancel the tournaments if they don't reach the guarantees. Does that not defeat the purpose of a guarantee?

They're only canceled if they don't meet the minimum players required, which is listed in the tournament lobby. All the BDPO seat guarantee satellites I see only require 1 more person than the number of seats given out (except for the 1-seat guarantees, some of which require 4 people).

I wasn't aware of this bug.. but I'll pass it along. Thank you.

Yes, this is correct. All players on the network are in one player pool.

As madcatz pointed out, the tournament must hit the minimum number of players in order for it to start. If it doesn't hit that minimum, then the tournament is cancelled.

I apologize. I missed this in the lobby.

The Bodog Network does not currently offer poker to UK players, or anyone in Europe for that matter.

Ice, has Bodog released any info stating whether they are affected by the Heartbleed bug in OpenSSL? I notice that the client uses OpenSSL, but doesn't state the version.

Yes please address this. Bodog has released no information regarding this whatsoever.

Thanks Ice for getting bovada to offer more packages other than the $12k ME ones for the wsop. I think the $3k wsop packages will be very popular.

It does not look like you can play your way into the $1111? Only win a draw?

I tested the Bovada website and it shows they are using an unaffected version there. No idea on the poker client yet.

I got a ticket to the 150K tourney, but I'm wondering when the BDPO ends or can I use it for the 100K tourney every sunday even after the BDPO ends too? I know the expiration date of the ticket in my account says July but didn't know if it is tied to the BDPO.

Greetings players! As a bodog SNG player I would like to keep track of my playing with some kind of software. What are my options?

Seems like all software mentioned does not seem up to date. The latest one I tried was online poker manages, and although it installed correctly, every time I try to import hands, it seems like it worked, but in the end I get a message saying 0 hands imported.

Anybody here have a great setup of keeping track of their play? Please share your setup, I need a push in the right direction.

Thanks in advance!

Hello!

I am having an issue with Bovada's Zone Poker software. Whenever a bet is made and I quick-fold, if I win the hand I do not get my (last) bet returned. This has been going on for some time, and I am presumably one of a very few that actually quick-folds while other action could still occur. I messaged Bovada Support and they requested Hand History proof of every time it has occurred. Bovada Hand Histories expire after 7 days, and I have played thousands upon thousands of hands on Zone Poker. Giving them proof is impossible, as I have not downloaded my hand histories every week.

Overall this is Bovada's issue, and they are placing the responsibility on me to show proof when their system doesn't allow me to do so now that time has passed. I would really like to be reimbursed for their technical issue and any advice in how to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'm confused. If you bet, say, $1 and someone raises to $5 and you quick fold... You expect to get your $1 back?
