Forgive me if this has been discussed before, but I have noticed something strange while being registered to a normal speed heads up sitngo on Stars for a few minutes. A new matchup (full table with two players) has been created during that time despite there being only one slot for registration. This happened a few times already. So is Stars somehow regulating who can play against who? What's this about?

That would otherwise be obvious, but the new players are not to be found at any other table (either running or completed) ...
