I transferred $50 from bank account to circle successfully. Then I transferred the $50 to electrum, then from electrum to ignition. I did this all within a 30 minute time span. Problem is, I only had $30.54 show up in my iginition account. Does anyone know why this may be? I called circle and they said that there were no fees associated with doing this on their end. Any help would be appreciated.
I use electrum and have never had any problems.
Look at your circle transfer into electrum and it will tell you how many bitcoins were sent. Then compare it with the amount received on electrum. Then compare with the send transaction from electrum to ignition. The 3 figures should be identical.
Post the fractional bitcoins sent and the time of day. The prices yesterday were fairly flat.
You can check for yourself at

There is a setting in electrum to increase the miners fee to accelerate the blockchain confirmation but it would not be close to $20. The default is like a few pennies per transaction.
edit: when you deposit on ignition, The deposit screen will tell you how many bitcoins to send which translates to $50. So I can't imagine they would process the transaction if you were sending the wrong amount. So it seems the problem is with ignition.
