its a joke, sir, though knowing bodog, not out of the realm of possibility. i assure you, i know as much as most on the legal issues surrounding online poker. i live in a state that is on the forefront of the attack, keep up with ppa, write a myriad of political and offiliated officials, have attended a rally with the ppa in my state aimed at creating awareness about its ill-founded laws, etc, etc. since you know/do so much, lets hear your story?

edit: and lol at "ban this guy". cmon anus.

I had never received an email before from that specific account, and it wasn't something I had initiated. Bodog has always had excellent customer service over the phone but this experience far exceeded any experience I had had with them in the past. Hopefully this is a sign that they are working on turning things around within the company.

lozing

Lozing,

Check your messages.

For anyone considering the wires, what they're doing is by definition structuring. Beware.

oh my god dude, get the pole out of your *******. regardless of your crass attitude, the fact is that bodog could very well be THE target when this law is finalized. you are ignorant to think it is not possible at all. during the past couple months, bodog has lost almost all of its credibility, and this law hasnt even gone fully into effect yet. for many customers, there was NO W/D OPTION!! that means they cannot get their funds, no matter what they do. i am through defending a site with those sorts of practices, and many others would agree. the finalization of the uigea can only make things worse for bodog. i will admit, that things (on bodog) have improved compared to their worst, but it was never acceptable the level that it had become.

anus, just dont jump to conclusions, and attempt to discuss things intelligently. if you want to wear blinders as far as bodog is concerned, that is your business. talking about banning people for legitimate concerns is just ******ed.

1-2 days for me. i must make clear that my last mt was the result of my bounced check, so perhaps it was slightly faster. however, prior to the intro of the fees, mt always took 1-2 days anyway.

thanks for the info

I had a bounced check as well and they made me wait almost a week to confirm the stop payment. Was this your experience as well?

I got the confirmation of the stop payment last night so I'm hoping I can get the MT by Friday.

as i emailed them, they took care of each thing (ie refunding fees). when i got the check back, i scanned it and emailed it to them. they just asked me to cash the same check again, which i did at the issuing bank. the whole process took about a week i think. i wrote a big explanation of my experience above.

Thanks for clearing up my confusion

I would have cashed it at the issuing bank but the nearest branch to me is 350 miles away
