Honestly the fact you have this question from reading that info is concerning.

Oh? Is that a remark attacking my intelligence? And this is exactly why these forums are pretty much dead to professional players now. It's now infested with smug wannabes. A simple answer would have sufficed. Have a good day.

Good to to you, as will, sir. Not a shot at your intelligence at all, just concerned maybe you were reading something that wasn't in the text you quoted.

Cashed out full amount by check so told will get a 3k check every week about until the I get all the money

check requested 1-3
processed 1-3
tracking says will receive 1-13

It is a check from Canada (north) and I have the big blue american bank.

nervous because of everything I read on this thread about the north checks. But also wanted to see if I get a check every week for 3k, how much do I have to spread out the depositing of each check? Will it look bad to deposit one each week?

Hi. New to Bovada. If I deposit via debit, does this become a viable withdrawal method? Won't my bank object to such a transaction?

Check Req: 1/1

Approved: 1/2 no other info yet

Last couple months have been faster, but whatever, its not even 2 weeks yet.

My MG/WU options were disabled (temporarily, I mistakenly thought) months ago after MG flagged an attempted deposit for some random reason. When I inquire via email, they tell me to call, and when I call they just confirm that it is disabled. Anybody have any suggestions? Tier 1 support has not been helpful and I've never had prior reason to speak with a supervisor.

They have an extra digit on their coding or something. The managers usually are the only ones that know how to do it properly. They are not thinking anything is up with you. They hardly seen north checks so its just different.

Got check from North and deposited it but since it was Canadian got charged a $15 fee. Will Bovada reimburse that by any chance if I ask? Thanks

So I made my first western union cashout from NY other day. I went into the cash checking place that I have picked up several western Unions from in the past (Lock cashouts). They have all my info on file at this place but it had been six+ months since my last WU pickup. So she then proceeds to ask me 2 strange questions she's never asked before

I tell her the WU is for 2k pick-up she tells me
1.) Wu needs to know why I am gettting this transfer. I answered with "its payment/transfer from someone"
2.) What is my profession? I try to answer self employed but clerk claimed I couldn't do that so I gave the last job i had before poker.

Want to know if these questions are standard for people picking up Western Unions these days, or if there is a chance that WU is asking these questions because my account has been flagged? Just to re-emphasize this wasn't her asking out of curiosity the clerk had to write down the answers on the form. Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing to worry about. They almost always asking my profession. And rarely here they ask who is it coming from. But they always asked me when I lived in Russia. In US though when I went to receive money I always expected these questions. You just have to say that it's personal transaction between you and your friend/family member. They don't even care about your profession. I once went with my friend he's been receiving ~3k. they asked him what's his profession he laughed and said "dog whisperer" and she put it on file o.O
So they don't really care they just need to fill their forms which really doubtfully somebody will be looking at in the future lol

P.S. Requested bank wire of ~5k on 2nd. Got contacted by customer support that I need to provide them local branch address (even though in bells cargo guide for international wires they ask to put specific address in SF).
I provided the address nonetheless and next day got confirmation for payment being processed. Still awaiting and will update once it'll hit my bank. Even though it's been already 12 days =\

ATTENTION:

I have been playing on Bovada for about 4 months now. In that time I've requested SEVERAL WU withdraws all but one the max ($2,000) and have paid that 10% fee every time.

I finally decided to try a bank wire bc I was sick of paying stupid 10% fee, and I am VERY DISPLEASED to say the least.

BANK WIRE REQUEST: 12/23/13

APPROVED: 12/24/13

Today is 1/14/14

IT HAS BEEN 23 PHYSICAL DAYS AND 14 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE MY REQUEST, AND FUNDS ARE STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT!!!

I have spent several hours on the phone with them and they always give me the same "reassure you Mr.****** blah blah blah"

They have asked me for absolutely ABSURD amount of information from my bank account (multiple screen shots of bank statements, account numbers, dates, times) and are hardly taking action on this issue.

I can't think of any reason that you wouldn't just request a check. There's dozens of posts in this thread about checks arriving in a handful of days, and there's no fee if you request one a month, or $50 if you want more. I don't understand why you would willingly pay 10% every time.

Wow that sucks. I'm 12 days in wanted to order check first too but it was 3k max and I wanted to withdraw ~5k. And since I had experience previously with bank wires thought it wouldn't be such an issue. And now I'm pretty skeptical about this issue.
My take on it is that they actually send check to your branch because it takes too much time. I've been receiving money from my family in middle east and it's been 3-5 days until money showed up in my account. And it takes too much time.
Hopefully you and me receive our money

Aww man that sucks. Ya I use the same bank as you.. but i elected to do a check. I requested it on the 6th, was approved on the 7th. I'm still waiting but I know it usually takes up to 10 business days so I'm not worried yet lol.

I just switched to bells cargo.. curious if you have cashed any bovada checks there. I got the same information about bankwires from them when I open my account. Please keep us posted about your bankwire, I hope it clears asap man. Thanks again!
