I was wondering if any other people ran into this problem with Bank wire transfers in the past couple of months? (this happened at the end or march/early april):

We are contacting you from Bovada Customer Service regarding the status of your Payout requests with Payout Reference Numbers xxxxx for the amount of $xxxxx.
An attempt was made to contact you using the number on file but there was no answer. Please be advised that the funds associated with your Bank Wire payouts will not be issued to you in US currency because we are no longer able to process Bank Wires in US currency. The reason for this is due to be us being an international organization and we find it a rather difficult task to process Bank Wire payouts in US dollars. As a result, the decision has been made to process the remainder of your payout in a different currency.
Once your transaction is confirmed, an update will be sent to the email address on file to confirm the currency, exchange rate as well as the payout amount that will be issued to your bank account. We would like to advise that we are unable to control the difference amount after the conversion and we will do our best to ensure the end amount is as close to the requested amount. However; there may be some cases where the end amount may even be greater than the requested amount.
Should you not want to proceed with the Bank Wire option, we can reprocess the amounts to be sent via Check by Courier. Please keep in mind that these payouts are only sent as 1 check every 7 days are incurred a maximum of $3000 increments.

I tried to change the cashout to check by courier, but apparently I didn't get back to them in time. When the wire transfer went through, the deposit was for 10% less than my request. Apparently I am out 10% of my cash due to currency exchange issues? Do I have any recourse?
Also, as an update for checks:
Approved on 4/27 and 5/13
No tracking numbers received yet.
