Same question I ask everyone who has waited this long, have you contacted them via phone?

They waived my $40 fee bc it wasn't a max MG cashout. Yes, just call them up if it has been that long. I'm not sure if they 'forget' these things or what, but when I called them, they seemed to process the transaction immediately over the phone.

I'm not sure if you are but based on your extremely rude response to Pussy Taxi, it sure seems that way. I'm not sure how you think this is an angle-shooting scumbag move . . . I'm more inclined to think know that you are either an unhappy, angry person or your poker is not going so well. Either way, I hope things get better for you.

Is the 1 cashout per week limit for each method or cumulative across all methods? For example, would I have any problems requesting a check and then immediately requesting a WU payout?

I've never requested more than the one free check per month, but I think you can request as many checks as you want (w $50 fee per after first one). The MG/WU payouts are kept to one a week.

Yes I have. Say they are waiting in a control number from WU. That was on 6/3. Emailed to request refund of fee today and got email saying to call again. Will call once off work.

Uh oh, this is the same thing they told me today. I requested a WU cashout on 6/3 early in the morning, funds didn't get removed from my poker account until early this morning, 6/5, called CS and they told me waiting on the control number from WU. Read you have been waiting 11 days, so don't know how that bodes for my just over 48 hours request.

No difference, usually only a couple days, but sometimes I have had them take a week or so, but still fast

I usually cash by check but need some quick cash in the next few days, how are WU? when you go pick WU do they usually ask you question, or usually get it w out being interrogated?

I called once again about my WU payout requested 11 days ago. They said they were waiting on WU for details. They said they were going to give me a $75 bonus once payout processed. We will see.

mines going on 9 days they gave me 20 dollars 15 dollars and said they wont compensate me any further.. wow how much is your cashout?

wow, that's nuts, though my last one took around 7 days. If you are getting $2K, I suggest trying to get them to wave the fee. I hope this does not become the norm...

Any reason why a bank would give you any issues or even question you? I think it's a bit of a stretch to have a teller trying to "figure" out where these checks come from..also anybody have issues just cashing it on the spot inside bank? Thanks in advance.
