I dare someone to top this. I am still waiting on a wire from Jan 2, and was PROMISED by support that I would get it by last week or early this week since the wire was actually never processed! Today, I email them saying I never got the money and they are asking for a running statement. This will be the 4th time I have to send in a running statement to show I never got the money. I am going nowhere with this and every time I ask where is money, they say to wait and see what their payouts dept is doing. This is so sick.

I feel for you man. Would you be able to ask them to just put the money back into your account and try an alternative method?

I did ask for that so that I can request a check. They asked me to send in a running statement again today, so it should take about another 2 weeks to hear an update on the wire they reprocessed. I have said that this wire will never get to me, but they haven't offered any other alternative as of today. The whole process of proving I never got it and waiting to see what happens next is where I'm at right now. Becky has gotten me in contact with a rep there, but I haven't heard back from the rep in 2 days after telling her I still didn't get my money yet.

Requested check in December, received in mid January, was from a foreign bank but had a large US affiliate on it. Went to cash at US affiliate branch and after speaking with the manager for 20min and her checking with some higher-ups by phone decided the checked was too likely to be fraudulent and said when they called the issuing bank they had no record of the check when checking the routing number. She also said I was not allowed to walk out of the bank with the check and that it would be kept while they checked it through the fraud dept. So I at least get a copy of the check and email it to support explaining the situation, they say I need some type of stamp on it proving the bank could not cash it. I go back to the bank manager asking if she could do this and she didn't know what I was talking about and tried to brush me off. I call support back and tell them my situation and they say they will email me back. I get no email and after calling them back again I tell them there is nothing else I can do and to cancel the check and put the funds back into my Acct. They say they can do that but only if they put a stop payment on the check which will take up to a couple weeks and I will have to eat a $40 dollar fee for something I have no fault in. So tilting.

So after requesting a check in december I still have no check and will have to wait at least another two weeks before I get to try all over again and pay $40 to do so at no fault of my own. Awesome.

This sucks man, sorry to hear. But in the future I would skip all the talking and deposit it straight into the ATM. You don't have to talk to anyone there, or answer any questions.

Wow that's ridiculous!!! I hope you get some sort of compensation.

They wouldn't give the check back? I would file a complaint with that bank.

Ive received the check your talking about a few times, I just deposit in my account and wait for it to clear. Next time go to your bank so you will be looked at like a customer instead of a crook.

Unacceptable, daily angry calls and a sbr complaint is in order.

what is SBR complaint? I was told today that if I don't get my wire tomorrow, to send in another running statement, Tomorrow will be the 10th business day since they processed the wire a second time. They have put some money in my account, but I don't care, the wire is significantly more than what they put in my account for waiting so long. I just want my money, but it seems after tomm when I send in my statement again, I gotta wait at least a few more weeks to see what happens next. I am over 2 months waiting for the wire now and have no clue what is wrong. I guess my case is rare?
