Today I deposited about $250 on bovada using Bitcoin. I entered a $100 tourney and won (yay me). I tried to withdraw $3000 of the $3500 in my account.

It got declined because they said I have to actually wager the amount of my deposit because of their anti-laundering rules. Ok. Fine. I put another $200 onto a 1/2 table played for a while and got up with $210.

Anyway, I tried to withdraw again and it says I can’t use the same address that exodus gave me for the first transaction (that was declined). But exodus doesn’t create a new one for me because it still hasn’t used that one.

So I just deposited straight to cash app (which I know is sort of a no-no) but I didn’t know what else to do.

Hopefully it goes through.

On exodus, tap the bitcoin tab, go to settings (gear icon top right) and enable multiple address.

You can turn it on and off as necessary.

I did that. It just kept giving me the same address. It seems like it doesn’t create a new one for you until you’ve made a transaction.

UPDATE: worked fine to go to cashapp. Hopefully the Feds don’t storm the house today

Just have a hopefully simple question to ask. I am inexperienced with bitcoin so I would like to know if anyone has had good/bad experiences with the wire transfer withdrawal method? I would love to play on there, just want to know if it would be a hassle.

I have been going ignition-> breadwallet -> cashapp. Some guys earlier in the thread have said they've had their cashapp frozen due to having funds sent from gambling site.

Sorry, your message doesn't make sense to me. From what I understand you are trying to deposit btc onto ignition? I've only seen a number texted to you when you are trying to withdrawl.

But there does seem to be an easy fix/solution: Why not use your laptop/computer for the deposit and not your phone. That way when you get the text message you can just type it in?

Anyways, normally when you deposit.. its not that complicated.. you scan the QR code/or just copy and paste the btc address they give you.. and send it from your btc wallet to that address. Shows up after the transaction has received some confirmations on the blockchain.

Out of curiousity, do you know if there is a way to do this on Bread? I ran into the same issue and ended up having to go the long way.. sending myself a small amt of btc to have the recieving addy change.

I'm not sure you can.

Go to exodus.io, download the free wallet. It is super fast and a snap to use. You can also create endless new btc addresses for this very reason. Once your crypto hits exodus, just ship to blockchain to sell and get your cash

I don't remember the the exact steps, but you're not changing your address on blockchain, you're creating a new one that is separate. So you'll end up with 2 separate wallets.

Received a cash out (from request to having Bitcoin in wallet) in about 45 minutes today

What's going on @ ignition poker? The site had multiple table tournaments running all day. Now I'm only seeing a very limit number of tournaments running. It also seem they don't even have half the player base they had in tournaments the last time login.

What is the preferred method to convert BTC to $cash for larger transactions of $5k-$10k? Coinbase, bitpay some other exchange?

There are a number of exchanges. I use Gemini. Coinbase is very careful and will ban you if they see transactions are coming from bovada. Kraken is another good exchange. The more main stream ones are more careful about where funds are coming from. Bitpay is prob still fine dunno.

I am at about 56 hours of 0 confirmations right now.
