unfortently your deposit was declined, please call,

when i call they say they see no issue
I deposited and it took forever for them to credit my account with my btc deposit. After I called, asked to speak with a supervisor it was taken care of.

Did you as to speak to a supervisor? Did you use a btc exchange or sometype of intermediary to "break the chain" (don't deposit straight from the bitcoin wallet you used to purchase btc) for your deposit?

Which btc wallet did have you attempted to fund your account from? They may have flagged your account.

sometimes it asks for your SSN to cross reference your sign up info, did you use legit info? because then i know they block deposits if it doesn't match up, one of my horses had this issue before.

Can you use a fake SSN? As long as you remember the fake last 4-SSN you gave them? I really don't want Bovada/Ignition knowing my social security number if I can help it.

Seems impossible they would know what your social security # actually was if you didn't give it to them to verify.

Hello all. I requested a withdrawal and half been mailed a check from the East. My bank doesn't allow ATM deposits of foreign items. I've gotten one of these before and deposited them with via a teller and was grilled with questions. It cleared and all but was a pain. I'm trying to figure an easier way. I bank with a major bank (that's been in the news a lot lately). Has anyone successfully deposited Eastern drafts via the mobile app?

I wish I comfortably understood Bitcoin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is to learn more about bitcoin. It's very easy to use and there are plethora of information about how to use it. Whatever questions you have you can either google or search this thread.

So this was too good to be true....
Coinbase received the transaction but maintained it in a "pending" state for 12 hours with 0 confirmations. Now it's completely gone.
When I look up the hash it shows the transaction but that it remained unconfirmed. Contacted both ignition (by phone and screenshots) - and coinbase (by email because they don't have a phone number) and provided screenshots and information. May have just been screwed out of $7K... don't know if it is ignition or my wallets fault as of yet

I have a few questions concerning btc and Bovada...forgive me if some have already been answered here. I have a large sum I want to withdraw and btc seems the way to go.

1. Does Bovada require a btc deposit before withdrawing using btc?

2. I have opened a wallet and exchange per instructions in this thread. Circle says there is a 300 weekly deposit limit. Does that limit apply to transfers from the wallet to circle?

3. Assuming I can get the funds from Bovada to wallet to Circle, can I send those funds to a friend's bank account or does the receiving bank have to be in my name?

4. Can the funds be sent to a savings rather than checking and is there a limit on how much I can ship at one time from Circle to the bank?

As I said, this is my first attempt using btc and any help would be appreciated.

Submitted Bitcoin withdrawal to bitwallet.cc Monday night (9/26/2016), received an email that it was a success, but haven't received the money. I will update once the 48hr window has passed.

Did. Didn't know otherwise. This was my first foray into this stuff. Used coinbase one time before no problemo with a different network. But only for a few hundred. Obviously I've now seen all the threads about issues with them/that way of doing things. Can't change that now I guess but I sure hope Ignition can fix it and that I can maybe withdrawal to Bitwallet. Expensive lesson to learn.

If the blockchain never confirmed the transaction then the money never made it into your coinbase account.

Ignition needs to resolve this.

Usually this happens when someone double spends the same bitcoins. Ignition needs to resolve this.
I verified what you brought up and looked up the BTC address that the payment was supposed to be made to using blockchain.info it shows:
Number of transactions: 0
Total received: 0
Final Balance: 0

I'll be in touch with ignition. Not sure if I'm relieved or more concerned! Ha
Thanks for the help

A couple of months ago someone reported the exact same thing with Bovada. Eventually Bovada credited the money back to the person's account.

Update: emailed the blockchain.info on this. And ignition immediately resubmitted the transaction. Funds cleared. Unfortunate that ignition messed it up in the first place, but they did fix it quickly.

Why is it so hard to use an intermediary wallet before Coinbase or Circle? Your BTC isn't lost but even if it gets there Coinbase will probably mark your account if these transactions keep on occurring.

But keep in mind, even if you use intermediary wallets before sending it to Coinbase or Circle, some people still get banned. Might be due to the frequency of the transactions.

So I understand correctly..

1. It's best to use an intermediary like blockchain for depositing/withdrawing from Ignition?
2. Then I need to transfer it to a place like Coinbase to deposit into my bank account? (Why is this?)
3. Will a US bank care about deposits from a bitcoin company like Coinbase? Will it flag my account or something?

Coinbase or Circle will ban you if they think the transactions are tied to gambling. Yeah bit hypocritical for BTC being decentralized currency and all but you have to follow the rules I suppose or get banned.
