LOL, a website that facilities your purchase of bitcoin or sale of bitcoins and that does not allow it to be used for gambling...that is now constantly cancelling accounts. Go ahead and mentioned in in every freaking post but don't bitch when your account gets cancelled, if you are smart enough go figure ever figure out how to make bitcoin work. I think a 9 year old would be able to learn about BTC and make it work in less than 1 hour without wanting to have the workings spoon fed.
"O" is regulated by the same fed agencies that regulates Banks I guess you cannot figure this out.

They're not closing accounts because people are mentioning them on 2p2. They're closing accounts because they can see the transaction history the bitcoin address you use and trace it to known gambling addresses. I'm guessing at one point their due diligence was 1 hop, but it sounds like now they're getting more paranoid and have written scripts to check for them.

There is one way to completely wipe out the transaction history by using shapeshift to convert from bitcoin to another cryptocurrency and then back to bitcoin. You'll get hit with more small fees though. It might be worth it for some of the higher stakes guys that are moving thousands around every month and have limited options for cashing out.

My Circle account has been under review since my first few deposits this past Saturday. What's another trustworthy place if Circle closes my account?

I've been lurking here. Just wanted to post to say that on July 17th I requested a small payout of 290 via check since visa fast funds was unavailable. I was Suprised to see my request was processed that day. (A Sunday) I was even more Suprised that on Tuesday I got a text alert saying I would have to sign for my check my 1030 on Wednesday. Bovada said it could take on average 15 business days but it l got it on the 8th! That's not too bad. So for those of you that might have trouble with the Bitcoin, try using the check payout. Also apparently yesterday I admitted to online gambling in front of a federal agent, that could've ended badly

I requested a $75 btc withdrawal the night of 7/26, got it approved and sent within a couple hours to blockchain.

Went from there, should be getting money from O any time now. In light of accounts being closed recently, can't say I'm not anxious since other small BTC withdrawals have only taken a day from O to debit card.

Do you think going from bovada->wallet 1->wallet2->exchange might stop exchange from closing account?

Damn, that scares me. So....if this happens to me...what are the other options for sites to switch over to?

I just used coinbase. They charge fees, but still efficient. I cashed out 1004, went to 1013 with conversion, down to 1002 with fees. Overall lost about 2 bucks, still very solid.

Hey 2p2, long time lurker, really new to the whole bitcoin thing. Hoping someone can help me out. I just made an account with circle but it says there's a $300 weekly limit?

I sincerely apologize but I do not have time to read through 900 pages...how do I remove the limit?

Thank you for any type of response

Anybody know what would actually happen to your funds if the account gets frozen/closed before the BTC in Circle is converted and sent to your bank? Do they have the power to close account and seize your funds as theirs?? How does this work, exactly. Super scary if the latter is true - there must be some means they allow you to transfer the BTC out to another wallet before outright closing & seizing funds, no?

edit: just read their TOS and it looks like in the event account is closed/seized they do in fact typically allow you to withdraw to linked bank acct and/or external btc address

Most likely the credit/debit card issuer declined the transaction. You can check with them to see if they flagged the transaction.

There is a menu pick within the circle account to increase your limit. Fill it out and sometimes it gets increased instantly. I had to wait a few weeks before they increased my limit.

Google the procedure.

Ganna,

It tells you how to do it on the site. I got bumped up to $3k a week instantly.

This. I was shocked how quick it was. Feels like it defeats the purpose of doing $300/week to start especially when they disable your account a few hours later to verify a few things when you deposit $2k....I'm not mad though....

I'm going to ask again, are there any sites like Circle since mine's under review atm? I can't use blockchain because the id thing doesn't work.

There's several bro. Here is the link to what Bovada recommends, for both Debit Card and Exchanges options. Looks like in addition to Circle, they list coinbase and kraken

Why are you using Circle or any other site without Blockchain. First thing you need to do is fix your blockchain because your gonna need it. Blockchain is suppose to be the middle man between your legal no gambling btc account and the poker company. Your probably under review because you probably been sending btc directly to your circle instead of using blockchain.

Its suppose to go like this
circle>blockchain> to poker site for deposits
Poker site > blockhchain > circle for withdrawals.

Bovada codes the debit card with something that is non-gambling. That's why it works with Bovada. Circle is a legit company but some of the debit/credit card companies reject the charges since circle is associated with bitcoins. It is an easy way for people to use stolen cards and convert charges to cash.

When I used my debit card with Circle for the first time, it was rejected. I had to call the bank and confirm that I was actually making the purchase at Circle.

I've not tried to withdraw yet.
