Has anyone withdrawn more than 3k at a time via check? Do you get all the checks at once or are they spaced out by a few days? I know I used to always get 2-3 at the same time but now I only had one delivered and should be receiving 3. I moved too so now the wrong address is on all of them making it more complicated. I'm just wondering if I should expect the other checks in the next few days or if something is screwed up

you and all the other alarmists can leave. Bodog's numbers are picking up over the last few weeks and they are going no where.

dude, be real. i have been one of the few supporters of bodog for the past few months. their decisions this week ARE going to destroy them. there could continue to be play on there due to a variety of reasons, but really why would anyone choose to continue on a site where you cant get at your money? there are too many other choices. ironically, it will probably actually help the games, because rational people will leave, and those who are left might be a little less...(rational).

Traffic didn't decrease, because Bodog changed the numbers of tables allowed to play from three to four.
Now there are actually less people, but they play four instead of three tables.

God those fees are so sick. Luckly I got a lot of my roll out just before this insanity. I still have a chunk on there and I think I am just gonna say F it and request a check then head to Full Tilt.

BTW anyone wondering about checks I requested 7/7 and got my check on 9/20.

My payout was broken into 4 checks. The last one came about a month after the 1st. The 4th came the day after the 3rd. YMMV.

i would like the thought process of an american in this day and age who deposits 50 dollars online
it is a royal pain in the ass to get money out, so the only reason i can see depositing 50 bucks on bodog would be to throw up a hail mairy idotic parlay or place in on 1 number in roulette
were you hoping to turn it into 85 dollars and wait 2 months for a check?

I do not feel I am being an alarmist. BoDog has been slipping for a while now and with their open disregard for the U.S. Dept of Justice they are only tightening their own noose.

Anyone who cashes regularly has seen the time frame of checks double in the past few months along with the demise of the debit card and now MT fees. Most winning players will not deal with this any longer. BoDog was my only site for the past few years and I have tossed in the towel.

Combined with the deliberate ways they keep higher stakes poker players off the site they will be left with only their casino & sports book customers with a few low limits poker players.

They won't even let me pay the rediculous fee for a money transfer. My room mate who I conviced to sign up for Bodog has an account that has been busto for a few months and he has the MT option and I don't. I called and asked about this and they said they are only offering it to a select few members and I'm not one of them. My only option is check by mail. They guy even put me on hold for like 5 mins to try and do something after I explained that I crush this kids volume and have paid thousands more in rake, why can't I have the same option. I just want to pay the unfair fee and get some of my money so I can pay my bills that are overdue. He got back on the phone and gave me some official apology and said that it's not offered to me and didnt really give a reason.

One quick question guys: after you received the check, did you deposit it at ATM or at the counter in your bank? Either way did your bank ever ask you about the check?

I honestly thought once they added the high fees everyone would be able to use MT. Guess not.

Does every MT station ask for a SSN on withdrawals over 1K?

I deposited mine at the counter, there were a bit suspicious at first because it looks like a canadian check, but i told them it was from a online gambling site when they asked, and they put a 5 business day hold on it. my check will get deposited tommorow. It also depends on how much u are cashing out i think anything over like $1,000 and out of state the put on hold.If you are just cashing out a few hundred u wont to have to worry about it.

They asked for mine yesterday. And also asked my occupation, which caught me off guard, I said self-employed, they then went to their little computer, and said it's asking for a specific occupation, I then told them you could put investor, or retired, I didn't care. Then they gave me 3 checks. It was my first MT (they finally open the option for me), and I didn't enjoy it much. Was not expecting the questions.
