this has been my experience exactly. They have a problem with their fcuking "processor" and I have to suffer for it. Give me my money and deal with your processor on your time.

My advice to anyone is to avoid bank wire from Bovada. They have a screwed up, unreliable system and the customer gets stuck in the middle.

Still nothing. Contacted support said they haven't received info from Western Union yet. WTF? Did a Western Union payout in January and it only took 2.5 days to get payout details to me. Is there something going on there that we don't know about?? I did notice that they changed the time frame for receiving WU payouts from 3 to 5 days within the past month. Wonder why??

WU used to be really fast. Seems that quick payouts are a thing of the past. This really has shaken my confidence in Bovada. Guess its time to escape the digital and go for the real life casino.

UPDATE

Just got off the phone with Customer support. Asked them exactly when I will get the payout details. They gave me the usual runaround. Then I asked them since tomorrow will be 5 business days since my payout was approved, I will be getting the payout details for sure, right? She paused and said "Western Union payouts are AVERAGING about 5 days". The AVERAGING word being emphasized. So this means that some (seems like most as of now) payout through WU are taking 5 days and over.

Great news.

I wouldn't get to overly worried about it, my guess would be is that is just an unusual spike and will go back to normal over time.

req MG like a week ago, pended until the 7th day(one cashout per seven days) approved this morning around 8am, pickup info at 6pm. legit.

wow and this is supposed to be the fastest. usually 1 day. wu usually 2-3.

I actually got it in like 0-1 days though. I just had to wait 7 days because its one cashout per seven days. Was ready on 7th day.

deposited a check thru the atm no problem and the funds were available in my acct. the next day.

ok i misread that. im thinking of depositing moneygram to open that up for quick withdrawls. how much is the deposit fee and minimum amount at mg? also does depositing guarantee i will be able to wd with mg? has anyone ever deposited mg and not had it as a wd option?

I believe you have 2 withdrawal options: 1)check or 2)the method that you use for the majority of your deposits

i deposited once with prepaid and my current options, which ive had from the start, are check and wu. i was under the impression if i deposit next week with moneygram that check, wu, AND mg will then be my options.

Yes. If you dep with MG then you can withdrawal through it. Idk but at one time I thought I heard they were stopping MG dep from people who haven't used that method before, not sure how true that is. Fees are like $8 to deposit I think. Also lower fees to withdrawal than WU.

Here's the latest BS I was told by Bovada today.

"Please note that payouts through this method take an average of 5 business days to receive; however these time frames are just an approximation as we deal with third parties, and can take a little longer to receive your payout. Please rest assured however, that this payout has been sent out.

We have taken a look at the time frames from when this payout was sent and it has currently been 5 business days since this payout was sent out. We would like to mention that, once your payout is approved, it is sent out the following business day which is when the 5 business day time frame begins. As this was approved on Wednesday March 5, 2014, it would have been sent out Thursday March 6, 2014.

As we are still within the time frame for receiving this payout, you should expect to receive your tracking number by the end of this week or possibly early next week. We ask that you please keep an eye on you Bovada Account Messages as this is where your pick information will be sent."


So now Bovada is saying that I can expect to receive my payout details within the next 6 days or so. WTF IS GOING ON??? Instead of 5 days its looking more like almost 2 weeks. For the $ 200.00 fee I'm paying to get my money I would expect better service and quicker payout, which is the reason why you pay such a steep fee. THIS IS BULLSH*T.

I am in the same boat as you. Max WU req/app on 5th. They have been telling me to wait until the end of the week as well. Lol @ waiting until next week. Appalling but not surprising.

Imo they should refund a large portion of the fee for not holding up their end.

The funny thing is that since (from what I believe) most of these WU payouts come from senders in the Phillipines the only service offered by WU from there is the Money In Minutes option!!!! $ 30.00 fee. I'm probably wrong but its just odd that if anybody else in the world could send money through WU in minutes for a $30.00 fee why do we pay $ 200.00 and have to wait 2 freakin weeks?

@toohyped, in my experience with Bovada, if the payout does excessively exceed the approximated time frame, they will refund you the fee, in the form of a cash bonus, so be sure to inquire about that. If given, it will be available to play with instantly but it will have a poker point requirement to withdraw.

I came back to the usa from canada recently due to my 6 month limit there and also planned to withdraw my funds from bovada. Can someone tell me the last time they requested funds via WU and then received the funds? The last few ppl here mentioned it has been 5 plus days and still they havent received the control number.


I requested it march 9th, got an email that payout approved march 10th. I had asked support so could i cancel it since i have to go back to canada soon and they told me thats not possible. I had said... so theres no way it would take 15 business days right and they said no that won't be the case. However it seems like cashouts via WU is really slow. My issue with this is i have to leave the usa soon again and from what they say, you cant cancel it and if you dont get your funds within 20 days, they money won't be there anymore.


I recalled my previous withdraws from bovada even after the payout is confirmed... i had gotten the control number within just 2 days previously. This was last year or so.


Also to those of you that been waiting 5 plus days for a payout via WU, what state are u from? Im from NY. Im wondering if some states are faster than others.

My friend requested his the 9th, ill keep everyone up to date on it.

My experiences over the last three months-
-Requested a $4,000 wire in early December. Have not received it. Have contacted them many times thru phone and email and gave them all requested banking documents..... no answers, action, or compensation. just "thanks for your patience, waiting on provider, we assure you you will get it etc"... Not once has Bovada, the group owing me funds for three+ months, initiated contact with me. I've requested on numerous times the funds be returned to my Bovada account. No bueno.

-Since requesting that wire, I have requested and received 7 checks. Contrary to the horror story above, the checks are the nuts. Most arrived in 4-5 calendar days, the longest took 8 calendar days (post superbowl). All from up north, all available in my acct the next day, no hassles. Its crazy to me that I get such polar service from the same company....
