Please be aware tracking will often show up in your Bovada.lv message box, not via email.

If you request a check try doing it over the phone and ask if it can come from the East not the North. East checks will deposit via atm. Checks from the North will not those are the checks you need to go in to for the teller.

I just deposited $200 via Western Union 30 minutes ago and it was in my account pretty much immediately. They give you a number to call and they give you all the information there. The lady literally told me quote "Don't mention online gaming or bovada at any time please" Referring to when I'm at western union lol. So funny how shady online poker has become in the USA. I was surprised I got my money in my account so fast because the lady on the phone from Bovada said I would have to wait until midnight. Running good I guess heh.

bodogs payouts are great. anyone complaining about them has no clue. they have the fastest payouts in the us and it's not their fault it's such a pita to get us customers their money.

if some jackass at the bank looks at the check funny it's not bodogs fault, it's the idiots fault at the bank.
if this happens to you i suggest getting a real bank. i know everyone doesn't live near a lot of banks, but i have deposited checks at 5 different banks in the last year or so without an issue.

i had one clown at a 6th bank tried to give me the third degree as to where i got the check so i asked for my check back, transferred all my money out of that account and into my ing account and once the transfer went through i closed my account at the stupid bank.

So the bs I was dreading has finally arrived. I called up today to check on the status of my payouts ($1500 check, $7500 bank wire). They told me that the bank wire was actually processed as a check by accident, which is ridiculous on multiple levels. First of all, a rep should obviously not make this careless mistake. Secondly, the max check payout is $3000, so this should obviously have been a red flag.

They had to cancel my payout request for the $7500 bank wire, and reissue another one. They have told me that they "escalated" and "expedited" the payout, but honestly I have trouble believing that anything like that actually happened.

They did, however, give me a $50 cash bonus compensation (with no restrictions). This was nice, but I want my freakin $7500 bank wire, not $50 of what may possibly be play chips.

I will continue to post updates.

Got a check a couple of days ago from Bovada. I did what I normally do with checks from them and as soon as I could deposit it through ATM at my bank. Every other check I had received from Bovada has been fine and gone through. This one was from up north, and when I put it into the ATM it told me that the transaction could no be completed at this time. I tried again, it gave me the same message.

My GF is a personal banker at a local bank, she suggested that I let her cash the check at her bank as it's free and she'll just push it through no big deal. I said fine and we did. The amount is less than $500 so I assume the amount of the check was not suspicious at all. The check went through their systems with no problems. The next day her bank got a call from their HQ asking them to send that check to them as it was suspicious and they wanted to look it over........ No clue what's going to happen. Obv will update, and again this is the first time anything like this has happened with a Bovada check for me. No idea if this is common and what the optimal response is.

Why didn't you just deposit the check into your account via a teller?

Also, do you have an account at the bank she cashed the check at?

The instructions directly from Bovada say not to use a teller at your bank and deposit asap by ATM.....

Yes I have an account there, I opened one a couple of weeks ago. Also I am friends with the bank manager, and my GF is one of the bank managers closest friends fwiw.

bodog also doesn't tell you to have your girlfriend cash the thing

all that's doing is arousing suspicion because these checks don't actually clear for a few weeks. some checks will work in the atm and some won't. when they don't deposit with a teller.

Bodog also doesn't tell me to do a lot of stuff. No idea what your point is.

And if cashing a low dollar amount check is arousing suspicion we'd all likely be in trouble. But thanks for your help.

Yes, this makes perfect sense. They don't want you leaving the tables to go to the bank.

my point is you didn't go to a teller because bodog told you to go to atm when going to a teller and depositing it makes way more sense than what you did

these foreign checks take weeks to clear, by cashing them you are arousing suspicion regardless of the dollar amount.

and fyi the reason bodog doesnt want people to go to tellers is because when nosy tellers ask questions about the check idiots give them information they shouldnt.atms can't ask questions.
basically don't go to a teller means don't be a ****ing idiot with the check.

I've had 2 checks from Bovada that were rejected by the atm. Both only had 8 routing numbers. I kinda figured I shouldn't try to use the atm on the most current one, but I decided with checks bouncing lately if it got rejected and they mailed it back to me in a week, it was no big deal.

The ones from up north are hit and miss for ATMs, but if they only have 8 numbers in the routing number, probably just go inside the bank.
