First check from up north, was worried about going inside as the phone app and atm both declined the check. Went inside, asked to deposit the check, slid my card and entered pin #, no questions asked super smooth sailing which was a relief. And even better, wasn't told it would be held for 3 weeks etc and the money will post by tomorrow!

This SECOND check was from Canada, First one was from some other country. First one i deposited ATM and it went right through, But having issues in the past on Carbon Poker with checks from Canada, I went into the Bank teller and deposited, no questions asked...My original deposit from Check #1 from Bovada still shows funds in my account. Bovada is a breathe of fresh air...Carbon and Sportsbook were a complete headache getting paid out and Lock Poker...well ya'll know I won't even start, hit the 4 month club on that trash site.

I just tried to deposit a small amount from bovada to my bank. they said since it was a foreign check (canada) that they have to send it to collections. In other words ship it to canada and have them cash it an then send it back to my bank. Anyone else ever have to do this or should i be worried?

I dont think anyone is getting bent out of shape because Bovada isnt processing their WU in less than 48 hrs or not recieving their checks in 3 days. I know in my case I was just simply a little perplexed at why my withdrawl was removed from my account, then was told by a phone rep that it had been approved, but when I went to my account it still said pending and I hadn't recieved any email. I think most peoples problems are issues of procedure not timing, and should have nothing to do with football season

Happens all the time, especially at small, local banks. No reason to worry.

Has anybody made a successful mobile deposit to an electronic checking account of a non-US check?

Checks that are truly international (google the routing number) will not work on a mobile app

Didn't receive a message in my inbox or email this time, DHL just delivered it.

Hi guys. I busted my account a few days ago and deposited for the first time with my bank card. The deposit went through fine and I've been playing for a few days now. The money was taken out of my account immediately and now when I checked my account (bank) it's not showing debited from my bank account. Anyone else have this happen to them? Should I expect it to post on my account again soon? Gonna call them now but just want to know if anyone else has had this happen to them. Thanks

Received 9/20/13. Had Fed ex tracking # from two days ago. Deposited today by ATM, will prolly clear next week. Very happy so far with Bovada this was check #2, and both have been fast and accurate for the amount requested.

This is standard for many banks. The pending transaction is there, disappears, and then comes back when it officially posts to your account. No need to call anybody.

Bovada Customer Service

I received a new check almost immediately, only one day after the check referenced above did in fact bounce.

I am now 0 for 3 on checks from up north (2 bounced and 1 refusal to accept) and 2 for 2 on checks from the east. I was hoping the replacement check would be from the east. Alas, it is again from the north.

Now I have to wait to get the returned check notice in the mail and contact Bovada again to get the check fees refunded. I asked about some token reimbursement to make up for my time and effort involved in two bounced checks and they brushed me off. They won't even reimburse the extra foreign check fee I incur every time I have to deposit a new check.

Did you try depositing it when you got it? Did you still have the check not deposited? They say you should deposit the check within 30 days (which would be pretty much today) or it runs the risk of becoming invalid.

I deposited it immediately when I got it. It bounced almost 4 weeks after depositing it, about three days after receiving that email from them.

Ah, gotcha. Then yeah, that does stink.

Crazy fast. Requested Wednesday night. Missed delivery today already. 2nd business day delivery.
