Bovada Customer Service
I received a new check almost immediately, only one day after the check referenced above did in fact bounce.
I am now 0 for 3 on checks from up north (2 bounced and 1 refusal to accept) and 2 for 2 on checks from the east. I was hoping the replacement check would be from the east. Alas, it is again from the north.
Now I have to wait to get the returned check notice in the mail and contact Bovada again to get the check fees refunded. I asked about some token reimbursement to make up for my time and effort involved in two bounced checks and they brushed me off. They won't even reimburse the extra foreign check fee I incur every time I have to deposit a new check.
