Did you have to give your SSN when you picked up the WU money transfer? I did.

Anyone ever try using the information bodog gives you online at westernunion.com for deposits? The guy on the phone said to that I had to stop in at a Western Union to make deposits and that can get pretty inconvenient.

Anyone receive any checks this week?

Still waiting on one from earlier this month.

I've made 3 withdrawals via money transfer in the past 2 months. The first one took 6 hours, the second took 2 hours, and the third took about 30 hours.

i e-mailed support this morning about my check (requested 18 days ago) stating they use to take 6 days and they said, rest assured you will be paid in 15-20 days average time for courier checks. hrmm... could really use the monies right now.

I wouldnt worry about receiving the check. It takes a while 3-4 weeks but it does come.

What I WOULD worry about is the fact that 2 out of the last 3 checks I received bounced!!!! Anyone else have this problem?

Too be fair, Bodog did email me before I deposited one check.

"We certainly apologize for an inconvenience we may have caused you. We have been recently informed that a batch of checks had been sent out with some discrepancies, and so are non-negotiable.

If you would like, we may send you a replacement payout via Check by Courier in the next batch of payout requests. You could expect to receive the check within an average of 8 - 10 business days."

Funny thing was, the replacement check they sent BOUNCED!!!! Im ****ing pissed!!!!

It was a multi-check payout due to the new payout limitations, which was originally processed on 1/31/08. The check I received yesterday was the 4th in the series (5-10 business days in between each check).

I had a question on requesting payouts within a few days of each other. Has anyone done that? Do they process the second payout only after you've gotten the check for the first one? Or do they do it after the first payout is approved?

I'm not sure how much to withdraw (depends on some expenses that are not clearly defined). If they process the second payout only after I get the check for the first one then that would take much much longer, so I'd be better off requesting just one (much bigger) payout.

Looks like a check requested from the end of Feb. is MIA and they can't give me a straight answer on what is up. Have to forward my concern to another department.

Great to know. But my check cashout from 10 days later is on file. How the hell do they do that?

Me too!

They said it will arrive this week but I have a bad feeling and don't really believe them.

Dunno about you guys but I can't keep waiting 3 weeks+ for a check and then 5-10 additional days for it to clear. This is getting ridiculous. Not to mention the site isn't that soft anymore, table selection is limited, and the new software is slow/buggy/ugly.

I've done well on bodog but I'm getting ready to switch sites if things don't start changing.

Are money transfers going any faster than checks? I saw the post a few above: waiting two weeks. Any other reports?

Still waiting from March 2...

I'm trying to get on a 1 check per month schedule. as long as it takes approximately the same amount of time each month, one this gets going, I will hopefully be cashing one check every four weeks.

It is a pain though, but the games still are softer than at Stars or anywhere else I'm playing. (BTW, I don't really like the new software, but it's not buggy for me).

Same here. Been waiting since the 3rd of March. I stopped playing on Bodog a couple weeks ago. This payout procedure is completely unacceptable.

Lol...I had just about the same response as to the lack of business days around Easter. I am on "business" Day 17 now with no idea of when it will come. I also am trying to do the 1 check per month thing.

I just feel like such the whore, knowing that their CS sucks and this waiting for payouts is crazy...but, god, the players are BAD.

So, until I actually get motivated enough to get really good at poker, Bodog is a freakin gold mine.

I have also been waiting on a cashout since March 1

I will not be playing bodog anymore since they cannot find a way to pay me within a month of my request.
