What rakeback % is the VIP program at Merge? Bodog's is, what, 1-3% or something awful like that? I never stopped to figure either of them out. Maybe the only nice thing I've ever said about Cake: "At least they give rakeback."

Anyone know what "shipment on hold" means for DHL?

My package arrived in the US 2 days ago and its still "on hold". Getting a tad nervous. Anyone experience this? I also don't like the location for which it is "on hold" in. I have never seen it go through this location in the US before in the 3 years I have been following my packages.

Wouldn't worry about it. If it doesn't move Monday then I would possibly start to worry

My amateurish looking foreign check went into collections and appears to have cleared earlier this week. About 3 weeks to do so. Actually not bad.

I cashed off bodog right before they switched to bravada or whatever they are now. I deposited my check, it got returned. Call the bank, they say bank error bring it back in. I bring it in and re deposit. And it get returned to me again.


I take it in a third time, same bank different building cause im irritated. They say it in U.S. Funds but drawn off a foriegn bank, and that there is a 6 week period for the check to clear + a $75 collection fee AND a % will be taken out for the exchange rate. But that they want to pre-warn me they are pretty sure the check is COUNTERFEIT and i will still have to pay all proccessing fees if it is.

SO im looking at the check...... mostly hand written...... and finally notice ITS DATED FOR MAY 16th ....... WFT....... i didnt cash out till a month or two ago.... ... AND DIDNT even have a bodog account yet when this check was issued (till SEVERAL months later)!!!! Is this even real ??? WTF???

Yeah the tellers somehow all missed that. The date is just in a funny order. And they had me believing it was super old too. (prob since already returned a cpl times, and they all said was old)

But if u look at the super small print it does say DD/MM/YYYY under the date really small.

That makes me feel a LITTLE BETTER that it might cash.. thx

the delivery guy looked higher than me and repeatedly asked me if it was from "that online gamblin" I said I had no idea what it was. He said he delivers tons of them and its definitely from gambling. And it had the "your acct only" attachment which screws my plan for where to cash.

DHL rang the doorbell and said, "heres your payment" and I laughed and said thanks. Then he asked if it was from Bodog or Poker Stars, and I said Bodog and then he said, "didn't they shut down poker stars recently" DHL guys know their ****.

Lol, it's like fight club. We're all involved in project mayhem and acknowledge its existence with a silent wink and a nod.

Your check is coming from the Far East more than likely. Those checks take a little longer to get to costumers from my experience.

The "On Hold" apparently was just because it had arrived on a Friday night and they must of just held it there until Monday Morning even though it was only like 25 miles from me.

Same type of check as everyone else.
