I waited 13 days on my wu cashout. I canceled it this morning and requested a MG cashout which was approved within 3 hours. I did a WU cashout to try and even out my WU/MG cashouts so not to get blacklisted [as some have posted here they have gotten blacklisted for too many cashouts too quickly]. I haven't gotten my canceled WU $$ back yet, but support said I should within 48 hours.

I have no first hand knowledge but you should email/call Bovada.
Yeah, basically this. Prolly just shoot them an email...

If not then you are correct and it's based off approval date. Let me know as I

am wondering this myself and waited until sept 1 to request a check.
Idk how to check fees/when it's supposed to be here. I'll gladly check on it and report back if I knew how. But yeah obv hoping I don't have to wait till Oct. to get another free check.

I looked into it, it is the case sadly. Good news (unless you're a baller) is we get free western union cashouts up to 1k per month, so start making regular cashouts. Everyone else has to pay for it no matter the amount.

What I don't really understand about it is, Bodog clearly doesn't give a **** about the USA's laws, so why are they choosing to respect certain state laws in such bizarre ways O_o

It may be bc some federal districts in NY is where some of these huge gaming cases are developed and/or the AG of NY specifically targeted Bovada with warnings not to accept NY state customers. Just speculating.

MG req: 8/30

Approved and Processed: 9/2 (CIH unless)

Took a little longer than usual, maybe bc of holiday, but still fast.

Lets say you were drunk and you were driving, do you speed or drive like 5 under? You're breaking the law, why don't you just break every law?

Following the rules of the road while intoxicated is +ev.

Pretty bad analogy. It's a lot closer to, you're sniping people from a bell tower but you choose not to shoot 4 randoms because they're wearing yellow and you feel it would be wrong.

Macau may have a point, however.

Is there any way to check on the status of where a check could be? All I got was some number in an email and have no idea if it's on it's way or not. Obv I assume it is, but it seems others have gotten tracking numbers from DHL or something?

They sent me a tracking # and I got a text the day before it was to arrive

nothing before that. If bovada hasnt taken out the $50 check fee(as soon as a

WU is approved they do this) then you are correct with the approval date being

the indicator of a new month and not the request date.

It's the person's first ever withdraw. They're not going to take any fee out this time regardless of it's based on requested or approved date.

The payout reference number is not the tracking number. You MIGHT get an email/text message with the tracking number 1-2 days before package arrives.

OK, cool good to know. Now I can't withdraw for free for another month tho.

"Please note that it may take an average of 10 business days before you receive your payment."

This means I should have CIH on or before 9/6. We will see...
I just got the DHL delivery from the East today. It would have been faster had it not been for the holiday.

Request 8/26 at 3:40 PM
Approved 8/27

Check arrived from east today (9/3) with yesterday being a holiday. No problems depositing (as of yet).

Painless and nice!

Requested: 8/26 (5am)
Approved: 8/26 (midday)

Check arrived today 9/3 from the far east

This is my first check from Bovada. Everything has gone well so far but I have a noob question.

There appears to be nowhere to sign the back, do I just deposit it as is?

ran into a major problem with WU today....they flagged me as a frequent user of their receiving service, withheld my transfer and made me call their compliance department.

upon calling the compliance number i was asked where the money was coming from, why i was receiving it, how i was in contact with the people who were sending it etc etc.

i called bovada asking what i should say before i even called the compliance and they told me to tell them it was for goods that i sold overseas.....well now WU wants shipping labels, a business license and/or a sales permit in order to allow this transfer to go through.....seems like my WU is ****ed now permanently being as i dont have any of these things.

oh and of course WU money transfer is my only withdrawal option.

Nevermind, was informed to just sign the back anyway like a normal check in the same location, just got back from depositing at an atm and seemed to go through perfectly.

I had the same question when my check came. I was told to do the same. Clerk at a small community bank saw no problem at all with the check.

A good standard response is that you hire people overseas for SEO labor.

Tons of website builders use overseas labor to run a gamut of SEO programs to spam backlinks (cause they work for like $1/hr; India, Phillipines, etc). Anyways, it would be a contract thing, self employed, etc so no business forms, etc. Seems like a solid excuse.

Have heard of people running a small office and it happens frequently, I'm sure they know about people doing this.

No goods to have to verify shipping, no business licenses, etc.

If you are hiring people then why would you be receiving money? What am I missing?

Wu will reverse the money and bodog can get it back but you're boned as far as using them again.
Tell those idiots you don't have shipping labels bc you aren't shipping anything without getting paid for it and you don't need a business lisense to sell **** on the internet.

They do local work and send you % of profits, re-send you % of money they didn't use on infrastructure setting up the office, etc.
