Etherum is #2 currency right now, but those sites are a good start. I was actually looking at virutepoker the other day when I was googling around.
It will be tough at first considering betcoin and swcpoker (the current leaders in crypto poker have very small rooms plus they use the #1 cryptocurrency. Those sites remind me tho of the days when I used to prop with parttime poker and they would give you like 100% rakeback. Always a small room, had to play heads up usually, but because of the pay any action you got was worth it.

This chart is the hx of the value of bitcoin but some points I can gather from it..
1. bitcoin is super new. kinda like how in the late 90s were with computers. people are not familiar enough to comfortably use it. I remember not really understanding how to send an email, and why can't I just call the person instead etc.
2. Huge spike in dec 2014 followed by 3 yr recovery period. we are in the second peak but will there be another multi-year correction? How good do the people who lost their shirt feel about bitcoin? Cause there's a lot of them.
If I had x btc on dec of 2014 as a speculator, i would have sold it likely for 2/3x in the middle of 2016 and consider myself lucky. Maybe earlier.
3. I don't have a 3 from this chart but people tend to focus on investing and gains in bitcoin but that is not the point of bitcoin at all. bitcoin's goal is to change the world the way iphones and computers did but in the world of currency. The concept is that if I owe you 100 bucks and wanted to pay you without any record of it I could give you money in a brown paper bag. Or we could both set up one time fake email addresses; I could email you the money; you exchange it within minutes (depending on how fast you are) for cash in your preferred currency. Totally anonymous. I could send money to someone in antartica for about 20cents and I could do it instantly. or maybe they are lying to me and actually in another country. that's a powerful currency.
I feel that this spike is somewhat sustainable/might not be a big correction and I feel a big part of it is the rise in popularity of bitcoin in countries with instability in their currency.
It's also exciting on seals to realize that you are now playing for higher stakes with the same bankroll.
