Anyone have any experience with Merge wire withdrawls? How long after its been processed does it take to hit your account? I'm in the US.

I also meant to say this is from PlayersOnly on Merge. I didnt realize other sites on Merge dont offer wire.

they used to be incredible. the best cashout method in all of online poker in fact. i recently attempted another w/d using this method (i have all docs verified, and have received numerous wires in the past), after being away from the site for a while. i was asked to provide a SWIFT code from my bank. my bank says they dont have one of these. make sure that your bank has one of these prior to request. apparently its a recent change.

PlayersOnly/Sportsbook/Superbook have their own payment processor/cashier system, separate from the Merge network system. This is because they joined the Merge network fairly recently and carried over their old system, which they have been using for many years.

Last time I was asked for a SWIFT code for a wire transfer, I just googled Chase swift code and used the first one I saw. It worked.

Yea I called my bank and got it.. it went through to the processors.. now I wait

yes, they are also taking FAAAR longer than they used to. i dont know if this is a concern or just due to a larger playerbase.

for clarity: i waited about a week while my requested w/d was "pending". finally it was cancelled by po when they asked for the additional info. im not sure how long the process between "approved" and the $ hitting your account will take. the ENTIRE process from request to $ hitting account was 1-2 days prior to black friday.

edit: my bank does not support international wire xfers/have a swift.

yea they cancelled mine too and asked for SWIFT even though I already had it put in, then after I did another withdrawl it went through in a day.. Now ive been waiting 3 days for it to hit my acct

i wouldnt even be close to worried right now, in that case. in fact, dont worry until 1.5 weeks or so have elapsed. times are tuff these days (i assume you are usa).

I've done 3 successful wire transfer withdrawals, with Player's Only, since April. They usually take 2-3 weeks to process and once they are processed it takes a couple days to show up in my bank account. However my most recent withdrawal has been taking forever.

Not Yet Received

It said processed and sent on 8-30-2011 however it is still not in my bank account. Initially support sounded like they were gonna be helpful but they haven't been responding to my emails for the past few days. Hopefully it comes soon.

^^if youre talking about po still, you can contact live support at least. i have a feeling that the entire merge network is starting to run into major problems with moving $

Thanks... Ya i talked to live chat once and they just said the appropriate department will contact you soon about the issue. I'll probably try the live chat again tomorrow if i don't get any email responses.

Let me know how it turns out because my wire withdrawl just got processed on Monday from the same site. I'm worried now, its only been a week since processing but usually it only takes a few days to hit my acct

i also contacted support but its only been 3 weeks since requested so they wont help me

On 9-18-2011 I got this from Player's Only:
"The following email is in regards to your missing Wire transfer to notify you that we will need you to please send us a Copy of the Bank Statement for us to follow up this matter."

So I sent them a copy of my bank statement that day. This morning I received this:
"We are going to initiate the process of investigation, however we need a copy of a bank statement so that we can start with the trace of the funds. Please just provide us with a copy of your bank statement."

I'm not sure if they are just trying to buy time or if they truly didn't receive my bank statement. I'll keep you posted though. I've had a problem on another site where I thought I was never going to get my money and I finally ended up getting it two months later. That was pre black friday though. I'll keep you posted though man. Are you really counting on this money for bills or anything?

I dont really need the money, but if I get it ill do some shopping for sure. I hope I get it soon, I need to get some new clothes for school, haha.

Anyways I contacted support and they said they wouldn't be able to help me because it hasn't been 4-6 weeks yet. I'm worried since you didn't receive yours.. is this your first wire withdrawl from this site? I'm curious why they are asking for bank statements if you have already wired into this account.

yeah playersonly seems like a sketchy establishment. they even backdoor their ****ing deposits into some weird **** when you make a transaction. it shows up as you buying wallpaper or paint on the credit card receipt. and theyre ****ing tables are rigged as well. especially when you're playing with the last of your bankroll, theyll just **** you over. ive had 3 separate situations within like 1,000 hands where i was down to my last couple hundred dollars playing heads up and my opponent gets KK back to back to finish me off. that's just wrong. getting back to back KK is astonishing as it is, but for that **** to occur on 3 occasions within roughly 1,000 hands? that **** made me cringe. and of course when i was up against the KK's they would set me up with some ****ing godly irresistible flops with massive outs that i would inevitably call.

Got a response from Players Only today by email:

Regarding your bank wire withdrawal, this was processed and sent to our processing partners on the 19th of this month. They still have to process this on their and get everything ready for the transfer.

From the moment that a withdrawal is processed on our end, it could take up to 5 more days for you to receive the funds.

So they say that after processed it could take up to 5 more days to get the funds, that would be tomorrow.. so if I dont see them tomorrow I guess ill email them again
