Write them a coherently SHORT email without being rude or hysterical and they will tell you when you can get your money off and what the fees are. There may be a waiting period if you deposited via credit card so they can verify there won't be a chargeback. They are a legit company that has been around a while and they most likely take 9-figures worth of sports bets each year they don't need to steal your thousand bucks.

Is there a hand converter for betonline for pt4/hm2?

Sorry about posting a lot in this thread, but my cashout-related posts should be finished soon.

BetOnline responded to my email last weekend in a way that made no sense, asking me to do something I had already done (deposit $50 and roll it over in sports betting), so I ignored that and waited until this last Friday, when I requested a cashout.

The $650 I requested on Friday morning was removed from my account on Saturday morning, but having gotten nothing but an automated response by Saturday afternoon, I emailed them to ask about the status of the request. This was their response:

"Subject: RE: Account Payout Requested - Bet Online

Hi [my name],

My name is Victor, from Player Services,

Hope this Email finds you well. Your payout is being process by the Processing Team, once its approved then you will receive an E-mail from them letting you know that it takes 7-10 business days for you to receive your express check.

Thanks!

If you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards,

Victor Prescott
Player Services Department"

I heard nothing else from them after that, so I emailed them again today, and got this response:

"Subject: RE: Account Payout Requested - Bet Online

Hi [my name],

Hope you are doing great. Regarding the payout you requested back on [date] at [time] for $650.00 via Express Check, it was reviewed already and it was approved, but keep in mind that for the processor to release the payout it might take up to 7 business days (since restrictions of the Express Check processor).

If you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards,

Monique Bradley
Player Services Department"

So it looks like everything's working out, and I'll post once more here when I receive the check.

Thanks to the folks who helped me out along the way.

PLEASE go on LIVE CHAT SUPPORT, and ask them specifically what you need to do in order to w/d. ask them for ALL YOUR OPTIONS (ie poker, sportsbetting, etc), and specifically how much you need to rollover.

How often do they give reload bonus's? Do they usually email members or do you have to search out the promo code?

Not sure if anybody here plays the plo8 games, but my god that bumhunting has gotten ridiculous. Almost unbearable.

DO NOT deposit on here or expect a bonus. I signed up for the poker bonus. I completed my requirement. And they tell me that I actually completed my requirement in sportsbook not poker, and they have no record of me signing up for the poker bonus.

I provide them with e-mails and confirmations on both ends that I am signed up for the poker bonus.

A scene has occurred already because they would not let me cash out until I raked my ENTIRE deposit amount because I had signed up for the poker bonus. (That's right, you need to pay your entire deposit amount in rake before you can cash out).

Then, after completed the required rake amount- they deny me of the bonus stating that I was unnecessarily working towards the poker clearing.

I provide them with these 3 e-mails:

Hi (player),

This is Pierce from player services and I hope you are doing great.

This e-mail is in regards to your payout request which unfortunately has been cancelled since there is a rollover on the poker side that you must comply prior requesting another withdrawal.

You have raked $6.69 out of the required $1,401.00.

Once you complete this, you can feel free to place a new request and we will be more than glad to process it for you.

Should you require further assistance or information, please contact us by replying to this email or initiating a Live Chat.

Sincerely,

Pierce Shields

Hi (player),

This is Luke from Player Services, I hope this email finds you well.

The reason for this email is to inform you that if the rollover is on the sports side of you account, yes indeed you can cover the rollover with sports wager, but since the rollover that you need to rake is on poker then no sports wager will be taken in consideration.

Please keep in mind that we look forward to serve and entertain you for many seasons to come. Don’t forget to try our Live Betting platform, it allows you to place bets while the game is taking place, until the final scores are posted.

Should you require further assistance or information, please contact us by replying to this email or initiating a Live Chat.

Thank you for choosing us.

Sincerely,

Luke Turner

E-mail 3:
Hi (player),

This is Tim with Player Services, I hope this email finds you well.

In regards to the payout you requested previously, Unfortunately, it has been cancelled since there is a Rollover requirement you need to comply with, in Poker, before cashing out. For more details you can get in contact with our Poker Team on our web page.

You may want to consider that you are entitled to a $50.00 discount once every (30) days, on the payout method of your choice on Friday; if you would like to take advantage of this discounted or fee-free payout please specify this when making your payout request by placing notes into the comments box requesting the discount on Friday.

Sincerely,

Timothy

The bonus I signed up for was some "200% deposit bonus" they offered. You have to rake like 400% of your deposit to get the 200% bonus, raking 100% only yields 20%. So really, they are stiffing me out of $280. (not counting how schemey it is to force someone to rake their entire deposit just to be able to cash out).

In the live chat, they basically ignor any shred of evidence I provide. Our chat just ended like this:

Me: did you read the e-mails? Please read the e-mails I just posted in our chat.
BOL: You have been constantly explained about no further requirement is needed on the poker wallet, therefore, this chat now will end.

I highly recommend not subjecting yourself to depositing onto this site.

There is something you aren't telling us. All three of those emails talk about needing to rollover in poker, and the fact you only raked 6.99 and then are trying to get a withdraw is suspect, at best. Why not post the whole chat you had with the chat person? Also, where you talking to a poker or sports rep in chat? (They are vastly different people.)

Also, all sites require you to rake at least 300 to 500% of your deposit amount to get the full deposit bonus. The clearance rate at BOL is roughly 20%, which is average for the industry. The first stage actually clears at 33% which is above average. You should check your facts before spouting off falsehoods.

A-Schupick, do you think I'm posting on here to make myself feel better? I'm just warning you guys as to exactly what happened with me. The reason I tried with withdraw after only a few hands is because the software was crappy, and imo -ev to try to work into a multi-site-table scheme.

To cashout, they said I needed to rollover my deposit amount. So I bet on Wisconsin over Kentucky and won. Then they cancelled my cash out and said I needed to rollover in poker rake because I signed up for the poker bonus. After I cleared that ($1400 in rake) they said I never had a poker bonus, and that I didn't need to roll-over in poker rake. I provide them with 3-emails where they cancel my cash out and directly say I need to roll over in poker rake. I provide e-mails of me sending and confirming the poker new bonus. They refuse to pay out the rake back.

The one silver lining in all of this is I will say working with BigBadBabar as my affiliate has been incredibly nice. He's clearly a real good guy, by far the most helpful affiliate I've ever had the pleasure to deal with.

i can confirm anonimouse's side of the story and that we're still trying to figure everything out. we're fortunate that i've been able to talk with the my contact (the affiliate manager) there, who has been really helpful to us. from looking at live chat transcripts and emails i think anonimouse was right to be frustrated. as we all probably know from life, when you are stuck and feel you have a legitimate grievance, and no one is helping, it can really suck.
04-14-2015 , 04:02 PM
I signed up about 20 days ago and after talking with a rep had my poker bonus activated and close to releasing the first $50 of the bonus. Not sure why you have so many issues with the site. The software is crappy but once i played it for several sessions i started to get used to it. Can't blame them for not wanting you to cash out a $1400 deposit after raking 7$..... You could have played a session on the play money to check out the software....:/

it seems to be once per month-ish, maybe more like once every 2 months.

im sorry to the guy who is having w/d problems. i totally agree: they should put all of these conditions out there PRIOR TO DEPOSIT, in an easy to read area. i will say, though, that when i deposited (and took the poker bonus), i assumed that i wouldnt be able to w/d prior to clearing that bonus. alternately, you should be able to forfeit the bonus, and w/d. not sure the specific rules on all that though. if you do clear the entire bonus, you will obv rake more than the deposit. its not too easy to rake $1500; thats about 1-2 months of multi-tabling on this site, depending on your stakes and amount of tables. you shouldnt be taking a big bonus if youre playing micros in the first place, so i assume you play like 100nl.

Was the software lagging out for anyone else today? Was by far the worst since I started at the site.
04-14-2015 , 10:21 PM
not for me. same.
04-15-2015 , 12:47 AM
in regards to bonuses. i made a first deposit on BoL in fall of 2014. i had no probs releasing my bonus in increments as i played sngs. i also mentioned i withdrew 3 checks from there. had no complaints while i played there, besides the software obv

Update:

With BigBadBabar's help, I was able to e-mail someone higher up in the BOL chain of command, and they made my poker bonus right, shipping $300 in to my account this afternoon. It was a frustrating process, but I'm satisfied with the result.

Adios muchachos

Just goes to show that unlike what some seem to think, not all affiliates are leaches, and there are times when having one can be a big help. Just choose wisely.

support originally told me that i could withdraw at any point in time without clearing my bonus, due to the way the bonus is cleared, dont see why they would care

sounds like a good outcome, i guess. despite the HORRIFIC software, this site continues to "do things right", in my opinion. now, all they need are a few programmers on the payroll...

Please let me know when they have withdrawn the equal rake requirement for deposit amounts.

i have no idea, im not an affiliate, or employee of the site. its just refreshing to see a site "do something wrong", and end up making it right.

Why do people play on BOL? I tried it the other day and the client is cancer and games are dead. Carbon >> BOL by far.
