I want to make a cash out in Betfold(Ipoker) and I make an error to transfer my money to account and I put Casino in the box where I have to put the account. Now I can't transfer the money from Casino to Poker or Account. They blocked my money. What's happened with this site?? I don't have reply from his support. Is this legal??

I tried to make a cash out. And when i tried to make a transfer from poker account to My Account, I put Casino instead of My account and my money went to the casino account. And now i can't transfer the money from casino account to My account. The money is blocked. And I don't know why and the support don't reply my emails. And i don't know what's happening...

Unfortunately there is not a whole lot you can do but wait for their reply ... very weird indeed that you cannot transfer the money back.

Are you sure all the money in casino account is your money (i.e. there is no credited bonus) ?
Sometimes it happens that you transfer money and a bonus is credited instantly. You are only able to transfer your own money back, but not the bonus amount.

Yesterday i wanted to withdraw 1k, wich is the hole roll there, but it didn`t work.

Then i`ve choosen 500 to withdraw and it worked.But the 500 left could not be withdrawed.

We will see if the money arrives.

Last time i talk with betfold support was on november 11 2009 23:30... since that they havent give me an aswer

They blocked my account and dont response me anything, Also they request all my information to verify my account and i havent get any responses.
