I made a long drawn-out post about it documenting the response or lack thereof from betcoin support but it's been removed.

Anyway, made the leaderboard again yesterday and once again no tickets have been added to my account.

I've been in contact with a few people there. The GM informed me that they've been training a host of new staff the last week. Unfortunately it will take time before said staff is fully competent... perfectly trained and informed workers don't grow on trees.

About 4 hours after I posted the dialogue in this thread, I got another response from them to my problem. Their reply? Another one-line answer:

When logged in at BetcoinPoker.com click the bonus and tickets tab at the top.

This is maddening. I've been telling them for a week that the tickets are not being added to my account and they are just now at the point of telling me where I should be seeing the ticket! As if they just learned this themselves! I'm getting zero help with this issue. I literally had to send them a screenshot showing them that I've been on the page where the tickets are supposed to be. The tickets are not in my account! How difficult is this to understand?

kind of mind boggling that betcoin was able to get conversion from cash to bitcoins in tournaments without any glitches buy can't encrypt?

Another freeroll that I qualified for starting in 10 minutes. I have no ticket and was in the middle of typing a message to "live support" to beg for them to quickly manually register me when their support SUDDENLY went offline. I had to settle for sending another offline email to support.

This is truly mind-boggling.

OMG, Betcoin support just replied with the much sought after help I've been trying to get for the past week. Again, it's just a one-line gem and nothing else.

Is this acceptable support? I mean, this has to be a joke right? They ask me a question that can be answered by reading the first 4 words of my message. I'm just trying to get the bonuses that were promised and that I rightly earned. Wtf!

WPN software team probably did the conversion for them.

Still no reply back from their support staff and it's been well over 24 hours and a week in total since informing them of this issue. I'll be making no more deposits and would recommend people avoid Betcoin.

It's a shame too because I already had a couple people sign up under me as an affiliate. I've stopped promoting my affiliate ID as it would be wrong to continue to do so given the ineptitude of those running the site.

Unfortunately there really aren't any Bitcoin sites that really have their act together yet. This is pretty typical, they're mostly one- or two-man operations. The field is wide open for somebody to do what Stars did in the mid-00s and really run a professional organization and take everyone else's customers. I think Betcoin is as likely to get there soon as anybody else right now, depending on just how much WPN backing they have.

Betcoin go down for anyone else? Just crashed on me in a 103mbtc pot that was in show down of course I was winner, logged in through the website and those chips was missing from my wallet.

Couldnt load client but now I can, looks like all cash tables was reset seeing as it was just tables running, and now all tables are empty.

I did get a message saying this table is being removed due to technical difficulty and all loses will be refunded by management. I sent them an email so hopefully it all works out.

I had just won a sit n go and noticed the winnings were not added to my account. I shut the client down to bring it back up to see if that might correct the balance. Now it won't even let me log in, says my password is incorrect.

Ok, I must give kudos to support for finally fixing the issues I've been having over the last week.

For the first time my tournament tickets have appeared in my account and they also threw in a nice healthy credit bonus for the delay in sorting things out.

its case sensitive you where prob typing in caps and have to give it a couple of min sometimes to see the winnings jut keep refreshing lolz.

No, they were working on my account and had to change the password in order to do so. It's all cleared up now and as I posted above, they made things right.

So they aren't complete incompetent bunglers after all LOLed when you gave them your user name and they asked for it in email though

I am dc'ing a lot today more than i ever have before and sometimes the entire tourney tab disappears and i have to click the filter to refresh it

also the 15 chip tourney started but it didnt' go off i couldn't get into it and it disappears from lobby. support is staying hush hush about this but I've already looked at everything i played today and I should have 15 more chips than i do.

yep, logged off because I was sick of dc and lag city.

Betcoin support fixed my situation after contacting them through email and live chat, give their support a chance they are good at responding.

Also the lag and connection might come from the fact betcoin has had more traffic today than ever 'this came from support'.

Other than this I have never had a problem and I'm glad this was fixed in less than 24 hours.

I'm a BTC noob so sorry if my question is dumb, but what does mB100-mB200 mean? Is that actually 100/200 or is it 100/200 chips? (and chips equal 10-.01% BTC right?)

Interested in trying this site out but have been trying to understand everything first.
