It's beyond not being fully competent. They're not even showing that they have an understanding of basic reading comprehension.
About 4 hours after I posted the dialogue in this thread, I got another response from them to my problem. Their reply? Another one-line answer:
When logged in at BetcoinPoker.com click the bonus and tickets tab at the top.
This is maddening. I've been telling them for a week that the tickets are not being added to my account and they are just now at the point of telling me where I should be seeing the ticket! As if they just learned this themselves! I'm getting zero help with this issue. I literally had to send them a screenshot showing them that I've been on the page where the tickets are supposed to be. The tickets are not in my account! How difficult is this to understand?
