Anyone else having problems to withdraw from these sites currently? I have not been able to withdraw and also the support has been fooling me a few days now saying my transaction is to be released "today or tomorrow". My pending transaction seems to be cancelled by the Bestaffiliate site? But I got no explanation. Bestaffiliate.com is not answering into my querys and bestpoker.com dont seem to help me neither. Hopefully I get my money back soon, so that I don't have to open this case more in here.

I've had no problems previously with those sites.

If someone could help me what to do, or know someone to contact directly in this matter, i've would be very thankful.

PS. I will post here how this thing will end.

Just received my money.... One customer servant helped me a lot and I got the issue solved. Still, pretty difficult it seemed. One day you can't get the money out. And the next day it happens in 1 minute?

Explanation was that there is some problems with bank withdraws. Fortunately MB worked after a little activating an deactivating.


So case closed for now.

Would you still recommend playing there? Why?

Trying to dig up some more info on them, find it strange they only seem to have a Brazilian Twitter account and no Facebook fan page. Also sent an email to their support 3 days ago which hasn't been answered: support@bestpoker.com

Never had any problem with them.

currently use the 72 pending withdrawal to Skrill and my 3000$ rakeback bestpoker 56% flat is pending now 96 hours.

I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a withdrawal with no communication from support after I messaged them regarding the matter.

Previous withdrawals took no longer than 2-3 days. Starting to get a little concerned...

This is over four weeks now without payment and all I get from live chat is "sorry, not sure why, we'll get the manager to take a look".

I have also emailed support directly and been in correspondence with the affiliate I used when signing up. Responses have all been some version of the above.

Not sure what the next step should be if I don't get a reasonable response early next week... Have low 5 figures on there so def starting to get a little concerned with the lack of communication.

Also with the decline of the Ongame network and several sites leaving for other networks this seems even more concerning. I really hope this is just some small mistake and not that Ongame and it's partners are in trouble.

So i started play at Bestpoker about week ago again.
Before i deposited i asked on support that do i have same rakebackdeal than i had couple of years ago when i last time played there and how long does withdraws takes to Skrill.
They said that rb is the same and withdraws to Skrill takes max 48hours.

I made withdraw on sunday and money didnt received to my skrill.
I asked from support what is wrong, because they told me that it takes up to 48hours.
They said that they have some problems with Skrill. And i should make a withdraw to my bankaccount. I said i want my money to Skrill and then they told me that can take a time.

I asked can i make a new deposit using Skrill... Of course i could... (pretty weird that no problems from there )

Then i asked can i transfer money to my friend who also have an account in Bestpoker... They said yes but limit is 100$/week (has this always been like that ? )
