Pokerstars VIP Program COMEBACK?

As the title suggests, I'm wanting to discuss the possible return of stars VPP and therefore Stars VIP Program.
With the latest release of the client, including the new lobby and cashier I noticed the following;
As you can clearly see it stars VIP player points determines your VIP level on a monthly or yearly basis. As the current rewards system stands, chests are not a VIP level nor are they based on a monthly or yearly basis.
Now obviously this could be a mistake, but I'm hoping otherwise like I'm sure many others will be.
