As those of you who have followed this thread know, I wrote a lengthy letter to ICG and Kahnawake a couple weeks ago about this mess. Kahnawake's response was underwhelming; I ended up calling ICG when I never got a response. I spoke to a woman there named Janet who gave me her personal email address. I sent the letter to her and she said she forwarded it to the appropriate person. That was a week ago; still no response.
I just sent another letter to Microgaming; we'll see if that does anything, but I doubt it.
But I think a letter writing campaign can be effective. MG and the regulators are useless, but I think there's a better target: the other skins. A massive email blitz to Eurolinx, Doyle's Room, Unibet, Poker Rewards, 32red, etc. could be very useful.
Something like the following:
Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing to you in regards to the situation involving the liquidation of Tusk, a provider of 28 skins on the Microgaming network. Many of us are extremely disappointed with the way that Microgaming has handled the situation. While I recognize that you are in no way involved in this disaster, nor in any way responsible for Microgaming's behavior, I implore you to use whatever influence you have with Microgaming to convince them to improve their responsiveness to player concerns. At the very least, Microgaming should appoint an individual to post in the massive 2+2 thread on this topic (

Traffic on the Microgaming network has taken a serious hit since February 27th. Furthermore, many players have become increasingly leery of playing on any skin on the Microgaming network due to the failure of the Tusk skins and Microgaming's lackluster response. As the saying goes, one rotten apple ruins the whole bunch. The Tusk situation has unfortunately tarred all rooms on the Microgaming network as potentially unsafe for play. This affects your bottom line. It is both in your own self-interest, and the right thing to do, to contact Microgaming and explain to them how their poor response to the Tusk insolvency is harming players and your own business.
