Does anyone know offhand if there are any sites on the MG network that hold players funds in trust?

It would provide the same result and players would be much more happier/more likely to continue playing with MGS. This is of course assuming we are all winning players. If you are a losing player changes things substantially

BTW I agree with transferring balances to another skin with some restrictions for withdrawing would be a viable solution. Only problem is it may screw other players with very large bankrolls.

Is this general knowledge or...?"

Something that has not been mentioned is that such a solution would effectively return only 70% of our original money since we get 30% rakeback to begin with (though I and many others would welcome it any way).

Actually that has already been mentioned several times. Getting 100% rakeback instead of getting our money back is just a big fat joke.

is there a post in this thread specifically mentioning that someone in authority at a skin has indicated that a 100% rakeback solution is in the offing?

my understanding was that the 100% rakeback discussed here was just idle speculation but this is a very long thread and I might have missed something.

The 100% Rakeback solution is ******ed. I don't want to play at his piece of **** site anymore.

Let alone 1000's of hands to recover my money.

I want to cash out and that's it.

And everyone should boycott the Microgaming Network.

In my view, only a no more deposit campaign is going to persuade Microgaming to help us.

Not until their business is seriously affected, and all the other skins are screaming at them, will Microgaming seriously consider giving us our money back without delay.

The swedish regional newspaper with an edition about 54 000 ex. that I work on is printing the story from a player's perspective tonight. Will also be published on the web tomorrow. And the national news agency TT said they are interested in the story too.

You said here that no one had mentioned that the 100% RB solution wouldn't return all your money. As DwarF says below, that HAS been mentioned several times in this thread.

Nice at this point we need more people to get the story out. even outside poker community. remember that 80% of tusk income came from casino and i think this kinda of negative publicity would in fact hurt the MGS a lot more than going to chat room and tell few more player on their poker table.

great job.

SimsPartners is the accounting firm doing the liquidation. You can contact them through their site.

Microgaming issued another statement, saying "Microgaming recommends that any player affected by this situation submit their claim directly to the relevant contacts at Sims Partners, via this web page." (referring to the SimsPartners web page)
