Well, it acknowledges that the creditors money is protected and therefore I would assume that they will get what they're owed, the only thing it doesn't do is acknowledge if the players are down as creditors/secured creditors.

We'll have to wait and see I guess.

I would assume that it's the same as secured i.e 100% is returned unless the assets don't actually cover it, in which case it's divided proportionally. The banks, for example, will get any loans or the like that they gave the company (secured loans) first of all.

If our accounts are indeed "secured", then we should get our 100% back like the rest of the other creditors.

Or at least that's my interpretation of it anyway.

LOL u guys are dreaming. The email doesnt say we're secured creditors. I hope im wrong but why suddenly would we be secured creditors when all along they've said we're unsecured creditors.

Fulzgold is 100% right on this. All Sims is saying in that e-mail is that the money isn't going anywhere until they distribute it.

Protected just means what will be left is safe. They don't distinguish the difference between secured and unsecured in the email because in their mind we're already considered unsecured without a doubt. they probably think we should be happy getting a piece of whats leftover because it's just standard practice to them. "thats what unsecured creditors always get so thats what the player pool will get" <<-- that's the messed up part. noone ever really explained to us why we're considered unsecured.

I got an update from the Australian local police saying they have gotten many complaints about this matter have done some investigation and have forwarded it to the Australian Securities and Invesment Commission
