Support: Support: Hello, how may I help you today?

Support: Visitor: Its me again. OH my I just read this...

Support: Visitor: ress statement just out from Microgaming this evening:QUOTE:Company Statement:'Microgaming announces that it has terminated its software licence with Tusk Investment Corporation - with immediate effect, after having received Tusk's notification of its plans to put the Company into liquidation.Microgaming is presently gathering all facts related to this matter and will provide further announcements as and when information becomes available.'About TuskTusk Investment Corporation Limited operates a number of casino sites and poker rooms:Casinos: http://www.casinoaction.com/************s.aspxChallenge Casino, Golden Reef Casino, Music Hall Casino, Nostalgia Casino, UK Casino Club; Big CasinoPoker Rooms http://www.mypokerprofit.com/poker-network-brands.asp
Battlefield Poker, Royal Card Club, Red Nines, Arctic Poker, Raw Poker, Poker.ie, Daily Poker, Flush Draw Poker, Will Bet Poker, Bet Road Poker, Grand Central Poker, Off The Rail Poker, Privy Poker, Berserk Poker, Atomik Poker, Dave's Poker Room, Hetman Poker, Hot Pepper Poker, Poker Seas, TilttAA Poker, Loose Games Poker, CPT Gaming Poker, Ice Bear Poker, GoHard Poker, Caya Poker, Mr Urban Poker, Poker Sweden, Euro Poker DreamUNQUOTEFrom this it appears that the "non-compliance" issue had to do with the casino group failing to maintain the ratio of reserves to obligations. And it must be pretty serious if the casino group is contemplating going into liquidation.I'm sure we'll be hearing more from everyone involved in this over the coming days.

Support: Support: I'm afraid I don't know anything about that - I am just technical support.

Support: Visitor: its out at casinomeister.com

I don't find it on MG's site or anywhere else yet, but I guess those on the press release list get an email first.

I got the below message when logging into Red Nines:

We are experiencing a site-wide technical issue which has affected our poker room, casino, player logins, and player ability to deposit.

We apologise for the inconvenience, as we cannot say for sure when it will be fixed, but we are aware of the glitch and are working hard to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

I don't have any money there, so I couldn't test sitting at a table.

My Poker Profit was offering white-label skins. They had the contract with Microgaming and essentially offered sublicensed cardrooms to operators for a smaller fee than a full-fledged startup would cost.

The title of this thread is misleading. It ought to be changed to something like "28 Microgaming skins to shut."

Does anyone know anything about the MPP/MGS partnership? If MPP goes under do they take our accounts w/ them?

I believe Microgaming has covered players' balances when things like this have happened with casinos running their software before.

Well, this gives me a little hope. I've submitted my withdrawal request so we'll see what happens.

Please let us know if your withdrawal gets processed or if there is any communication about it.

I had a few thousand tied up with Bet Holdem (old Prima skin) when they shut down the day UIGEA went through. They $ was eventually returned by Bodog who bought their customer list.

A mod should change this. Very important news that many will miss.

i have gotten no auto emails about it yet. i made it in 3 separate withdrawls, with a small withdrawl earlier today before i knew what was going on. typically withdrawls via click2pay have taken me about 2-3 days to get, so I don't expect to see results for a couple of (very stressful) days

Unless they went through before the shutdown, a couple of days sounds overly optimistic to me.

All the balances are covered by Micro Gaming. All that will happen is the rooms will move to a different "Parent" site. It's not the sites fault, it's the parent company.

Not from what I have heard...

I'm new on these forums but I just heard from someone in the know that these rooms have been closed by microgaming for rakeback violations. With battlefield being one of the best know rakeback rooms it makes a lot of sense. I can't see microgaming allowing them to simply "move".

Apparently MPP was just caught up in the middle between microgaming and battlefield.

If you play on microgaming and you receive rakeback in excess of 30% I would be withdrawing all of my balance right now and moving to a more reputable network. I mean which room will be next to go?

BTW I don't know who "tusk" is but these rooms were run by mypoker profit http://mypokerprofit.com/poker-network-brands.asp

Hello everyone,

Currently we don't have any more news than you do. There are a lot of rumors and information received through uncertified sources. The current answer is we don't know what happend. Tusk (MPP) the company in question, is our parent site who runs our call center, payment processing etc.

We will be in contact with MGS and our aim is to find out what happend and how do we as the poker room owners fix it.

As I get more information, I will pass it along here, to you all. That is literally all I know right now.
