Did you chase it up with PokerVIP again?

It's not unusual for base level support on poker rooms to not handle affiliate type issues (especially if it's a unique promotion/deal) correctly.

Yes i contacted Jamie again last Monday (May 13th) and i know he has tried his best for me.

I will now forget about Betmost and move on to another poker room.

Look at the response I got from support pokervip about the delay.
All this has to do with checking accounts that are unchecked/vpn users?

This here is a joke, the points are nothing more than rake, nobody is giving me absolutely nothing of grace, betmost is willian hill in ipoker1, it's a shame not to pay and goofing customers that generate rake, apparently still will scroll a lot to pay the players and there is nothing you can do.

Just to bring an happy ending to this thread i recieved my cash reward yesterday.

I made a deposit of about 300$ played over 1000 raked hands and contacted them via e-mail. Then they told me that they cannot validate this offer and I need to send them that original e-mail. So I did. Then I asked me a screenshot after another. I never got the bonus. The way I see it they just wanted to cheat me by offering empty promises which they never never ready to pay out.

Now I'm just praying that they let me cash out my $...

Got my issue solved, not actually how I wanted to but better than nothing... 32,5% RB +emerald and copper tokens... of course I thought I'd be getting one token each from copper to emerald and a bit higher RB but I guess I just need to be satisfied with this after dozens of e-mails back and forth without getting anything...
