UPDATE: SBR Lou of the SBRForum called me today and assured me that they are on the case, he got my complete side of the story and said he would handle things but it might take a week or 2 to see results so now I am just patiently waiting and hoping for the best.

UPDATE: With the help of SBR Lou he was able to get the audit done quick and now my account is re opened. Hopefully things go smoother the next time I cash out but all is well for now
