I don't know anything about them before that when they were on Cake. I can only speak for my experience with them on Yahtahtay.
Im glad to hear that your experiences with Doyle's have been in a positive light. Using your point of reference, I can see how your points of view are valid.

I will use ACR as entertainment for now. I am waiting for the rumored lock poker takeover of cake to happen. In all likely hood the remaining options will be very disappointing til the USA gets off its collective backside and make a stance.

I've had several exchanges with their customer support. They are finally sending my e-mails up the chain and I should receive a response from someone who matters. I'll keep you guys informed as to what I'm told.

Srsly...still waiting on any kind of response from ACR. I've been promised multiple times a phone chat with the manager in charge of the VIP program and now this being two weeks later, still have not heard a damn word.

On the other hand. BCP has gone above and beyond any service I requested to make sure my experience there has been nothing short of excellent. At this point, I can't recommend ACR to you guys, but award flying colors to the support/staff of BCP. If you want my opinion, they are the people you guys want to trust.

ACR Traffic is low, but I can't understand why?

RANKED #1 in fastest payout!!!!!!!!!!!!

I play there, they sent me their Debit Card. When I cash out, I get money on that card in 24-36 hours. When I send an e-mail to support, I get a response back within 2 hours. They also have a CS phone number.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't understand why this site is not HUGE!

I can't even imagine the world people who hate this site live in. Software is fine enough (auto-rebuy, never crashes, you can turn all sounds off, all the basic necessities), players are terrible, and anyone arguing that you can't beat the bbj tables probably eeks out a .25bb/100 winrate without the bbj.

Well said. I'll never understand how people say you can't beat 50NL or lower at this site because of the rake.

Considering how things are, that's not true: party poker has always been the one that is greed; it was really sick when they started it in around 2005.

lol, I re-took statistics in college after getting a d-minus the first year. it took me ~40 hrs per test (4 tests) to study the 2nd time around, but I got an A that year.

And just to make a point, I never received any message from anyone at ACR regarding this situation which clearly shows how much they care about some of their most important clientele.

Any poker site should care enough about their customers to notify them about changes in the software of the VIP program IN THE SOFTWARE.

I never received any notice about this change and had to find out about it myself. Then after finding out about it, I wasn't permitted to understand the mathematics regarding the change unless I personally paid someone to find it out myself.

I was promised multiple times by their staff that a manager would contact me personally by phone in order to explain these changes to me, yet it never happened.
