Ok so this is what happened until now:

-Amount credited in my account by Amaya - $0

-Amount taken from my account by Amaya - $36

-Other players from all around the world are complaining similar cases

-Amaya claims they had taken the money by 7+7+7+15 (total $36) sngs I was refunded

-Amaya forged a sheet where (they maybe copy/paste for another player) and it showed in my history refunds worth of $40.40 ($36 + the $4.40 I never played).

-I pointed out how I have that refund on sheet and I didn't even have played a $4.40 buy in (I did play $15s and $7s but I'm POSITIVE my cashier never increased by refunds).

-Amaya proceeded to take another $4.40 from my account

-I e-mailed support how I never even played a $4.40 on the several hours around the crash (even the 7s and the 15 were played 2 hours before crash as amaya admits)

-Amaya credited the $4.40 back to my account and for the hussle another $0,44

-Amaya took $35.54 from my account

-Amaya shall not be called by her former name

Another guy from portuguese poker fb group hadn't money in cashier so when he logged in he had -$16.50. He said he mailed amaya about how is not his fault for their mistakes and they put is account back to $0.

Just got another email from stars and noticed they debited another 150 dollars from my account. I literally had 1 tournament going during the crash and they can't seem to get it right.

What did they do? did they fired people? and spend money on people to defend them here on 2+2? because that is cheaper then a it-guy doing maintenance on their server?
did they fired people in support-team?.

Because this smells like cut-backs, making money is more important then customer- service?

Well for one thing i am glad i hardly ever play on-line.

Am I the only one who sees the balance increase for each of these cancelled tournaments? To the amount of £40.40?

They forged that sheet. I didnt notice any increase. Also, it didnt show anything at my history as I showed in the picture at first page.
The $4.40 they transfered me yesterday + the $0.44 do appear. $36 was never credited at my account, only taken.

after the server lag and the fact there is easier games elsewhere and the same rake and the arrogance of the new admin i am looking for new sites now. After my reload bonus clears i think im off.

All other sites I've been to are bad to/worst. Any company that works hard and follow pre-amaya stars policy and I'll be there.
