Can you kindly explain the step by step procedure to adding the card again? I cannot seem to figure how to register my card...

I've written a guide to this in posts 159 and 175. I'm aware it's not the most intuitive process. If any part of the procedure is not clear please post here with the specific issue and I'll be happy to clarify.

Our other processor will be back online very soon - we ran into a few technical issues with implementation but expect this to be available in the coming week.

We do have available card withdrawal options and they are working for other players. I'm sorry you're experiencing these issue, and I fully acknowledge our cashout process should be clearer and more user friendly. But in order to help you I need to know precisely what issue you are experiencing.

Your account is one of the ones I had our guys check logs for, where multiple verification attempts have been made. Per post 175 please make sure you are attempting to enter the most recent validation code, and that the code in question is not failing because of incorrect entries during the time frame described. If you still have problems please let me know precisely what problem you are running into and on what page.

Ok very detailed.
Since there wasn't info about what to do when you get error i tried all my cards (3) after you posted info on how to withdraw through Georgian cards.
1st of those cards was refused bcoz it cant be used at gambling sites.
2nd was my previously registered card with whom i made deposit and withdrawed to 1st time. But since i couldn't chose it from drop-down menu when i tried to withdraw through Georgian cards i removed it and tried to add again what failed xx times. I got some kind of error and nothing was deducted from my card not 1 time.
3rd card i tried went well from 1st time i tried and 1 gel was deducted as reserved amount. And after i tried to enter non existing code (since only after you posted post that transaction code is showed up after transaction is completed) BUT since 13 janv when the correct code is received i entered only correct code and got error all time. Good old "unexpected error" instantly. (1 sentence about not to enter wrong numbers could save a lot of time i guess).

So there are detailed explain of what i did and where i am now..

What should i do to get my money????????

Sorry to hear you still can not withdraw money,I would be pretty pissed off too,after such a long time.We should have been warned before Skrill was taken out of the withdrawal options, and be allowed to withdraw before that i think.
I had some problems before with the Adjarabet software, when i try to enter the cashier menu(still have).So whenever, i try to deposit/withdraw money, i use my other Linux based computer, and for some reason, i get no errors(errors i do sometimes get with Windows 7).I also made earlier post about my deposit problems before.Maybe try other OS, or try to change some settings , i dont know. Seems only like software problem,i think.Well, good luck anyway.Hope you can withdraw soon.This sucks.

I'm relieved you finally received this. I think in yours and Variatsoon's case the issue was with the validation code attached to your cards and the subsequent system lock outs that occurred from multiple incorrect entries. I'm aware we are at fault here, as the user process is not at all clear as it should be, but please also bear in mind that such cases are highly unusual - we process thousands of withdrawals every day.

Now that your card is validated you should have no further issues.

The thing is even with my connections I couldn't find a deal there and was specifically warned not to play there (and I am one of the person that can easily get solid deals on dollaro network which is impossible for most).

Hi, Gargamel, I read that you do have solid deals on Dollaronetwork... I'm currently conducting research regarding this network with a safe way to play there, I found out different agent offering deals on Dollaro network but only one of them working for betuniq seems to be offering a pretty safe solution! Any advices to give??

Why have I not even received a single reply?

This is ridiculous. Unable to cashout, unable to add a debit card, unable to do P2P transfers, and unable to receive any replies from customer service.

What is going on?

is P2P transfer working again?
can I transfer to my brother account and he would cash it out without playing first?

I registered my card as asked. I see the 3-digit code on my bank statement. But it does not work, I just get "An uxpected error" when I try to confirm it, like everyone else on this thread.

The people who were able to cashout this way, what card did you use?

nochachapls, what is going on here?

Why are people unable to get money off the site via the instructions you provided?

Why are Skrill and 2p2 transfer still unavailable? When will they be available?

Why did you respond very fast in the past when everything was working fine and now have almost completely stopped responding?

This all seems very shady to me.

I'd highly recommend nobody to deposit or rake in a single hand on this site until we have answers or a way to get money off the site. If you keep depositing and playing, the site has no incentive to give a **** or help any of us get any money off the site.

Apologies for not responding sooner, I've been busy with ICE all week followed by a few days holiday. I'd normally point out that this isn't a support thread, and that we have appropriate support channels where quick responses are needed - but it looks like our CS team aren't doing their jobs properly, so I fully understand the concerns here. I'm very unhappy about the responses some players are receiving and I'll be finding out what went wrong and why some some of you aren't getting correct responses (or responses at all).

With regards to the cashout issues a few players are reporting here I'm also looking at that now and will update today.

I'm updating here as promised, but I'm still waiting on some information. For players with cashout issues predating Wednesday last, any issues should be be related to the unclear user flow on our website and lockouts for entering incorrect codes, as described in posts 159/175. All transactions successfully submitted before this date have been processed normally.

On Wednesday we ran into a new issue with our card processor, Bank of Georgia. I need to speak to our account manager at the bank tomorrow to get full details, but the short version is that since Wednesday many payments to international cards are failing (Georgian cards are all being processed normally, which is 99% of our transactions). This is a technical issue on the bank's end and we have been assured it will be resolved swiftly, i.e. within the next few days. I'll update with more specific info tomorrow - thanks all for your patience in the meantime.
