Apologies all for not updating as promised this week.

I was trying to get a full understanding of our processing issues before posting here, but it has been Christmas here this week (Orthodox calendar) and not many people have been in the office, both at Adjarabet and at our processors. Nevertheless I should have done a better job of updating this thread in the meantime as I fully understand why issues in this area make people nervous. In truth, I got caught up in the holidays myself and neglected this thread.

The next post will be a summary of our processing issues at the moment and a guide on how to deposit and withdraw while we resolve them. After that I'll address other issues post by post, then I'll catch up on PMs.

With regards to our payment processors, we have three major ones that are relevant to non-Georgian players: Skrill and two Georgian banks who process our card transactions.

We were forced to suspend our Skrill gateway recently because of very high fraud volumes on the cashout end. That is happening because our core is not fully integrated with Skrill's fraud protection systems. We're in the process of fixing that, and we will bring Skrill back as soon as we do, but proper integration essentially requires a fully rebuilt core (which our developers have been building for some time anyway). Expect Skrill to return, but not for a few months.

During the same week one of our two card processors suspended our gateway because of high chargebacks. We are adding further card verification measures to bring this back, and it will be available again much sooner than Skrill. The current estimate is end of next week.

Our other card gateway remains fully open, and already operates with enhanced fraud controls, so we do not anticipate any problems with keeping it open. To cashout (or deposit) via this method, in the Cashier, click on 'Manage Cards' then add any Visa or Mastercard. As part of the verification process 1 GEL will be charged to your card and deposited to your account, and you must enter the corresponding code that forms part of the transaction reference on your statement. Once the card is successfully registered, to withdraw click on 'Get Cash' then on Georgian Cards. This will also work fine for players who have only previously deposited with Skrill.

This processor is the most expensive one from our end, particularly for international transactions, which is why we made it the least obvious cashout route on the Cashier page. We're in the process of modifying the site now to make this user flow clearer for international players.

As a general note, apologies for the hassle level with this and thanks all for your patience.. This part of the world sees very high rates of card fraud. That, coupled with the fact that Georgian banks do not have as much sway with Visa / Mastercard as in other countries, means keeping gateways open is not always easy. We are currently negotiation a more stable solution and will be adding that soon, and until then we will always maintain multiple gateways so our players keep constant access to their funds.

Using the above method the max is 10000 rather than 1000, but in either case these limits are per transaction - you can submit multiple transactions.

Based on your description this does look like collusion, but we'd have to properly review hand histories to fully determine that. As suggested by others, when this happens please send it to us (help@adjarabet.com) with as much information as possible. We have a permanent team who do nothing but look for collusion, so be assured we do take game integrity very seriously. Like every other site teamplay does happen though, because it can only be detected after the fact.

I'm not sure if you are earnestly suggesting the superusing might be the issue here? Within our back office hand data is only written on the completion of hands, so I know this to be technically impossible. However if you have any doubts in that area, I welcome you to post any data you wish for the community to go over and should any questions arise from that I'll address them fully.

It's true that we will not take responsibility in the event accounts get hacked and we are not at fault. While I have tremendous sympathy for someone who finds themselves in this situation, it's the player's responsibility to safeguard their credentials at all times, and I believe every other site operates the same way.

With regards to regulation, we are regulated and licensed by the Georgian government. I recognise that won't mean a great deal to players unfamiliar with Georgian legislation, but the barriers to regulation are high both in terms of processes and capital requirements, and only a few sites are licensed here.

With regards to international players, we will always want to expand our business regardless of how successful we are.

I'm not sure what is causing this but I'll find out for you. If you've used the card before you shouldn't have needed to add it again.

Can you PM me a screenshot of the error you are receiving? Is your account verified?

Can you PM me a screenshot of this as well?

The code will show up on your statement in your online banking. If your bank indicates detail for held / blocked amounts that should happen instantly, otherwise it may take a few days to reflect. My concern based on the error you received though is that the transaction for some reason wasn't processed.

The page you will be seeing this on is managed by the bank rather than us, but I'll push them for an answer as soon as I can pass on the screenshot.

I just received money from a withdrawal to my visacard. I did everything like nochacha said, and everything was ok, including the Visacard verification(the code showed as a 6-numberdigit on my account for Visa). I never used the Visa card before on adjara, so maybe the problem for some of you guys lies there, i don't know(try other Visa card/Master card maybe? OK, i hope everybody else can withdraw too soon.Good luck, i am back to the grind!

I'm checking in here daily, just bear in mind for technical questions, particularly ones involving third parties like the bank, I often won't know the answers myself. When that happens I'm passing queries on and updating as soon as I hear back.

Our guys have gone over logs for a few players reporting errors in this area, and there seems to be a common cause. In the cases we've looked at, multiple card verification attempts have taken place (often 10+). It's understandable that players would attempt verification more than once, because many players are seeing a general error on the bank page when registering their card. But when this happens further attempts should not be made - the bank is currently working to remove this error flag as no error has actually taken place, i..e the transaction has been processed correctly.

The correct code to enter will always be the most recent validation attempt. If an incorrect code is entered 4 times then further attempts will not be processed for one week. Given there can be a delay in these codes showing up on statements, can I urge all players to only attempt validation once, and if it has for some reason been attempted multiple times, to wait for the most recent charge to reflect on your statement.

For anyone who continues to experience issues, we should have our other card processor back online at the beginning of next week.
