Our guys have gone over logs for a few players reporting errors in this area, and there seems to be a common cause. In the cases we've looked at, multiple card verification attempts have taken place (often 10+). It's understandable that players would attempt verification more than once, because many players are seeing a general error on the bank page when registering their card. But when this happens further attempts should not be made - the bank is currently working to remove this error flag as no error has actually taken place, i..e the transaction has been processed correctly.
The correct code to enter will always be the most recent validation attempt. If an incorrect code is entered 4 times then further attempts will not be processed for one week. Given there can be a delay in these codes showing up on statements, can I urge all players to only attempt validation once, and if it has for some reason been attempted multiple times, to wait for the most recent charge to reflect on your statement.
For anyone who continues to experience issues, we should have our other card processor back online at the beginning of next week.
